Very good memories
The cleaning staff were cleaning our rooms every day, ladies at the reception were kind, but the best part of our vacation was our contact with animators. Rally and Veni, we love you, you made our vacation unforgettable!
Beautiful hotel, nice location, perfect stuff!
We spent one week in hotel Longosa - and although the covid situation is still a bit tough, everybody in a hotel made sure we had an amazing vacation. Comfortable accommodation, great kitchen, nice pool and especially amazing employees! Special thanks to the animation team! Julian and Diana took great care of us, ensuring we have a fun time, still having great ideas for the programme (music quiz was so much fun)! Next time in Bulgaria we will definitely come back to hotel Longosa, 100% recommend :)
Nice hotel with cool animation and children room
Longoza is a super confortable hotel for families with children. Good choice of tasty divierse food, great swimming pool with shallow water for little ones and separate shallow water swimming pool inside hotel, awesome animation team! Thank you, Julian, Tsveti and other animators! You are the best! There is wonderful children room with lots of toys and board games. We were able to leave our practically 4 years old son there and go to the swimming pool to have a drink. When our son wanted to come to us and left the room, anumators followed him until they made sure that he found us. Super! Children disco, animation program in day time and in the evenings made our rest incredible! The sea is just 3 minutes walk on the boardwalk, the beach is nice. Thank you, Longoza for a great rest!
We had the best time at Longoza this summer. Coming back next year for two weeks, one was not enough! The animation team was so great, funny and welcoming. Both kids and adults had the best time by the pool, minidisco and show in the evening. The food was OK and its not far to walk to the beach and sentrum.
This was booked as a late booking for 3 nights. I arrived just before 11:10 PM, said my name and asked to check in. I was met with a puzzled look and had “Show ID” barked at me. I found this quite funny for some reason, I felt like I was going through customs as I handed over my passport. Lots of staring at my photo and me, keyboard tapping followed. Eventually I was allowed to stay, tagged and a photocopied sheet thrust in my hand of when breakfast etc started. I asked if I could still get food (felt like 9pm UK time) and was told no and that the bar had already shut! I was given an awful plastic box with a single dry ham and cheese sandwich and an apple lol This was my dinner! So that was day one of all inclusive wasted. I put it straight in the bin. I got to my simple room which was a nice temperature. Good AC. The one thing that made my stay acceptable. I had a look on the balcony for a view (none) and noticed that one side did not lock. As I was on the ground floor and did not want to go back to reception I spent a while fixing the catch myself. The stay was surreal as one of the few English guests. Food was all self service and I lost count of the times I got up to get something like a spoon and someone jumped in my seat. It didn’t seem to matter if anything was left to signify it was in use. Perhaps this is a cultural thing. I got used to it and just got more food, sometimes sneaking my food out onto the balcony. Food was not to my taste. It filled me up but was nothing special. I didn’t get a feel for Bulgarian food at all. Chicken skewers incredibly salty so had them once, beef tough, pork dry. I seemed to live off frankfurters - I assume for the German traveller and eggy bread. Dinner finishes at 8:30PM! They clear the decks quickly, don’t think you can turn up at 8:29 as they remove the food! I did this once and got stared at by the waiters. Perhaps I was being rude in their culture? This I found bizarre, I dine late when abroad in Europe. Desserts were disappointing. Ice cream was artificial tasting and not even available in the evening. Coffee was not too bad but out of a machine. I would not stay again as a solo English traveller
