Cheap and cheerful

Lovely hotel , clean comfortable bed , lovely staff and v helpful . Lovely few of the beach . Cannot fault this little gem . Fantastic location . The restaurant attached to hotel is lovely . Nice breakfast. Pool v small but did not bother us as we prefer the beach .

A star in Bourgas.

We were booked into other accommodation which was a total nightmare from the word go.We were introduced to the Britz by a holidaying rep,and never looked back.Have tried to book since and failed,due to its popularity,5☆ review without hesitation.

Fantastic

Stayed hear for a week and all I can say is the staff are helpful and friendly and apartments are really clean and modern. The cleaners are in every day and are friendly .would highly recommend would definitely say hear again

This hotel is great, my second visit here, it is very central, right on the beach. Rooms are nice, modern and clean. Staff is great and as a bonus they have free parking. Price is really good too! There is a mini bar witch is very convenient when you don't feel going to the store early am

Ants in the room...

Its very close to the beach, you just cross the shopping street and there you are. The hotel also has a pool but its very small,Me and my husband didnt even try it. Our room was ok, not more or less But,small ants were walking around. Its really loud music from pool bars outside, we had a room on the 1 floor with an ocean/poolbar view. It was not possible to have the door on the balcony open, if you where planning to listen to anything else but the music outside. We kind of had a bad experience in this hotel, on one of our last days we went to the beach, and my husbond went back to use the toilet. He found to cleaners moving furniture out of our room. So we stayed the last days without a sofa only having to sit on our bed. I try to ask why they did this, But the receptionist did not say anything. I only think they could let us know before they do this. Anyways, positive sides: Breakfast is really nice. its near minibank, grocerystore and many restaurants. Our next stay in bulgaria will be in another hotel,
