Henkilökunta oli hyvä! Aamupala oli hyvä ja monipuolinen myöskin! Ranta oli upea. Hinta-laatusuhde oli hyvä! Hyvä ja lämmitetty allas-alue. Joustavia henkilökunnan puolelta, saatiin pitää huone kaksi tuntia pidempään.

I liked the department very much, the service was at the best level, the food is very tasty, everything is clean and tidy, the sea and the views are a pleasure, live music is amazing, we will come here again

Wonderful Holiday

Fabulous hotel. Staff couldn’t do enough to help. Hotel and rooms are so clean and food is excellent with a wide choice of dishes to suit all tastes. Just to mention a few names who deserve a special mention. Sinar our housekeeping attendant was awesome. She even wrote a card for me on my birthday and left it on the bed. She greeted us every morning with a huge smile. Amr (aka: Mo Salah!!) was super friendly and always said hello and had a chat as we passed by his shop on the beach every morning. Claw restaurant was amazing , thank you Mark for your banter and friendly service. Neder from holiday moments was fantastic and organised an amazing excursion to Dubai. Would highly recommend his services.

Family friendly. Nice stay.

A truly unforgettable stay. The areas where my five-year-old son most enjoyed were the kids' play area, the beach, and the large kids' pool. I want to make a special mention to Chef Kamal, who went above and beyond to serve us some freshly prepared Indian food that wasn't on the breakfast menu in order to make us feel welcome. The Claws BBQ restaurant serves delicious meals in huge servings. A wonderful experience all around. We also got a free upgrade to the dream room. Really spacious room with a huge balcony and beautiful view. PS: The in-house shopping mart is very over-priced. The guy charged us very high for 2 sunscreen pack. So be cautious.

Mission Impossible Dubai... the world's largest

We booked this as an all-inclusive package deal through British Airways. Direct flights from Heathrow to Dubai. This was at a great sale price with our two teenage children (under 16 years) staying and eating for free! This was cheaper than many European deals. We were a little concerned with the heat, but we didn’t need to be. We travelled at the very end of August into September. On Marjan Island there is a lovely breeze, the sea is warm like a bath and the pool was actually cold! Temperate was around 35 c. Inside the hotel every staff member we met was extremely friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Big shouts out to the front desk staff who answered every little question. On arrival they sorted a room upgrade on our request and an extra bed. We would highly recommend the King Family Breeze room with sea view, this was the largest family room with a huge king bed, a double sofa bed and an extra pull-out bed. There was a curved sofa and table and massive balcony. Mini fridge to keep the bottled water cool. The most amazing view from the balcony and very private (we stayed on the 7th floor). This room was seriously 5 stars. Our housekeeper Nagaraj (sorry if spelt wrong) was great, very attentive, cleanliness was perfect. No faults and complimentary toiletries were an added bonus. This hotel has such a lot of lovely places to relax, we used the H20 Pool bar and the H20 Truck Beverage truck. The drinks have a great selection. We loved Flavours All Day Dining restaurant. There was always something new and fresh. We were very impressed with the choices. Within our time we experienced nothing negative at all. The restaurant manager Manoj was so kind and friendly, he would take time out for a chat. Chan who greeted us every day in the restaurant was always smiling and would make sure we could have our regular table. Raw the pizza chef worked very hard, and his pizzas were incredible. On our trips out the restaurant made us pack up lunches for free to take with us. Al Hamra Mall is worth a visit for souvenirs, the hotel kindly offers free transport there and back but book early. Addressing the negative reviews, I feel people like to moan for the sake of moaning. Yes, there is one main swimming pool, we always had plenty of space and swam every day. The beach is great, always so many free sunbeds all of which are clean. We went for walks along the beach to the Radisson every day. In the sea we swam with tiny fish and saw the green turtles while swimming, it was amazing to see marine life. There are tiny pretty shells, crabs and starfish. This is a quiet beautiful private beach. Speak to the tour guide Peter for a private taxi driver to see Dubai City. Our driver I think his name was Boboa took us to all sights in the 11 hours tour. Think was a bargain price of £200. We visited the Museum of the Future / Burj Al Arab / Dubai Marina / The Palm and Atlantis / Dubai Old Town city / The Burj Khalifa / ending up at Dubai Mall for the Dubai Aquarium and The Dubai Fountain show free from 6.30pm. We booked through MBB Tours for our evening desert safari, go got the mega package which was £200 for all of us to ride quad bike rides / sand dunning in a 4x4 vehicle / camel rides / henna tattoos and authentic food and belly dancing and fire eating shows. Only negative was the headscarf’s made out to be included (are not!) Think it cost us £40 for these which was naughty but seeing the sunset wearing a traditional keffiyeh made our kids holiday memories and photos. Our flight was delayed which was stressful, but Herry the front desk Manager re-arranged our free transfer to the airport, so we had a later departure. We had an additional morning swimming and relaxing then took our packed lunch to the airport. I cannot keep saying it but the staff cannot do enough for you. 10/10 because of the amazing people who make this huge hotel a home. We didn’t know what to expect and were pleased we had made this a destination to have felt wowed by the scale of change! Only tip is to remember this is an hour's drive outside Dubai city. Plan your trips well and experience as much as you can. Enjoy it!
