JA Palm Tree Court An Oasis

The JA resort is an oasis outside the hustle of Dubai. The resort is amazing, the restaurants, pool and staff. Kamini provided outstanding service and was one of the highlights of the holiday with his can do attitude, all the staff were excellent and we couldn’t ask for anymore. We will definitely be returning.

5 stars ⭐️ at PTC Jebel Ali

Our 5th visit to the JA resort and this was the best yet! A warm greeting from Olesea in reception set the tone and our room was ready asap. Since our last holiday the TAMR Terrace, bar and swimming pool have been added. Thanks to Sougat and all the team for their attention to detail. The breakfast and lunches were superb. The restaurants for our evening meals were easy to book and had good availability. Great menu choices with only a few exceptions to the all inclusive package. We upgraded our choices a couple of times and we were always informed that we were doing so to avoid any confusion later. Pool and beach staff were excellent and it was lovely to see and chat with Marten again - we first met at the hotel in 2004! Gardening work is carried out as carefully and sympathetically as possible giving the property its beautiful appearance. I played two rounds of golf hiring left handed clubs and a buggy with ease. Superb course and great condition which was set with some interesting pin positions for the Sunday competition. In summary I would like to thank everyone at the entire resort for our fabulous vacation. We will be back - again!

Perfect experience

Gangha was so professional, friendly attentive and made going toTamyr a pleasure. Food was excellent and atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Perfect holiday vibe. Can’t wait to come back, Bob, Tracy, Lee and Daryl

Absolutely amazing

Service outstanding. Ganga, kishan Vivek saugat were amazing … thank you for making our holiday special. The Tamar restaurant is a fabulous addition to the Palm Tree Court. Much better than the buffet restaurant. We look forward to returning in 2024.

Pure luxury

A lovely hotel with a fantastic choice of restaurants & pools. Amazing food. Very nice comfortable rooms. All the staff were so professional, helpful & kind. Lovely & comfortable sun beds. Plenty to do for children. We love the Peacocks.
