Pequeno mas tem. - Quarto - Tamanho bom. cama péssima. Lastro desgastado e fica caindo pequenas pedras e poeira do reboco do teto na cara da pessoa. climatização razoável. limpeza péssima. Muita poeira e pedrinhas por todo o quarto. Entendo simular uma caverna mas deveria ser ao menos mais limpo até porque é um quarto de hotel e não uma caverna. acessibilidade ruim. Apesar dos funcionários ajudaram a carregar as malas é difícil para uma pessoa com restrições. - Banheiro - Tamanho razoavel. toalhas ruins. Limpas mas em pouca quantidade e endurecidas. limpeza péssimo. De novo com poeira e pedras. Cheiro de mofo. Grade para secar toalhas não funciona e está enferrujada. banho ruim. Sistema do chuveiro emperrado e a água fica mudando de temperatura o tempo todo. Às vezes nem esquenta. Tem uma banheira com aspecto horrível que não recomendo. souvenirs ruins. Somente shampoo e sabonete. - Área Comum - Pessima. Piscina disponível é pequena. Restaurante é feio. E os terraços deixam muito a desejar em estrutura. - Custo - benefício Ruim . - Não Recomendo. Apesar da boa localização existem alternativas com o mesmo valor aparentemente melhores.

Nada que ver con las fotos, hotel a la calle. (No son cuevas), y muy baja calidad respecto del anuncio. Un engaño. Sigo escribiendo por la necesidad de llenar caracteres, pero realmente nos sentimos estafados por lo que compramos de las fotos y lo que obtuvimos.

Hotel com excelente localização, mas a qualidade dos serviços e quartos deixam muito a desejar. Quartos com lençóis e toalhas velhos, chuveiro ruim, ele ficava pendurado e ao tentar coloca-lo no suporte o jato iria reto contra a porta do mal iluminado box. Buffet de café da manhã sofrível, o café oferecido era solúvel. Não realiza limpeza no quarto a menos que seja solicitada.

A couple of things to mention for couples and families looking for a vacation: there are several issues with this particular hotel that need to be addressed. Staff is rude: The staff at the reception is not only unhelpful but also very rude. Upon asking for small favors, such as borrowing their microwave, opening a bottle of wine, or adjusting our car to move in and out, they find every reason to say no. I’m not sure why it’s so difficult to let their clients use a microwave. Mold in the shower: There are several sections of the shower that contain mold and cracks in the tub material. The owner needs to pay more attention to maintaining the hotel and furnishing it to today’s standards. Mold is hazardous to guests, and I’m not sure how the government allows the hotel to stay in business. Ripped and burned seat furniture: The seat cushions are burned and ripped in our room. I’m not sure how that’s presentable for clients traveling from across the globe. We asked the staff to replace them, and they promised to do so within 24 hours; however, nothing was done before our checkout time. Shower system is not working: The shower system doesn’t work at all; the shower head has a bad switch and is completely non-functional. Disregard the room pictures: The room pictures on Expedia and Booking.com are misleading. Most of them do not accurately represent this hotel, and select images show portions of the room that are not correct. You need to call the hotel to double-check the room features; for example, the room with a pool inside it doesn’t come with twin beds. Slippery stairs: Given that we were there in March and there was snow on the ground, the hotel staff made no effort to clean or put sand on the stairs to ensure they were not slippery. It’s not easy to bring bags up a flight of stairs covered in snow after a 6-hour drive, and no assistance was offered from the staff. Excellent hôtel, accueil chaleureux et agréable. Le personnel aux petits soins et très réactif a la moindre demande. Un petit déjeuner très varié avec un large choix, les produits sont qualitatives. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.
