Kodikas huoneistohotelli
Siisti ja kodikas huoneistohotelli mukavan matkan päässä rannalta. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Ravintolan ruoka oli maukasta ja ravintolassa oli miellyttävää ruokailla. Kävimme myös hotellin hamamissa. Hamam oli myös miellyttävä kokemus. Hieman kalliimpi kuin muualla mutta hamam on auki tilauksesta ja saimme olla siellä kahdestaan.
Fijn verblijf
Fijn appartement. Goede hygiëne. Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers en hele lieve schoonmaakster. Het staat op een fijne lokatie en voldoet aan de verwachtingen. Het is een appartement waar ik graag weer terug kom.

Avoid!
-I was moved 4 times during my stay. -The hotel did not inform me, who actually had booked the apartment, when changes occurred. -Olga, the hotel manager, was trying to blame guests/other business partners for misunderstandings, and also trying to avoid talking to us. - Was moved to the Comfort Suite where everything was fine. Was offered continus stay there at 8pm on October 23, but as my friend already was on her flight and had booked transport to MHA this was not an option, and I have packed up all my food and luggage for the 3rd time. Aditionally, we had an offer to sleep in a double bed in a double room - not an apartment, which had been booked and confirmed by Olga in April 2019. -We were moved to neighbor hotel (Le Moral) for 5 nights. Rude staff. Inadequate cleaning. Bad mattresses. Ants in the kitchen (yes, we had all the food in the fridge and washed dished after all meals). They did not emty the trash there. -Moved to My Home Apart on Monday 28th, which was ok, but the beds were horrible like concrete. We left 2 weeks earlier than booked, had to pay full price for this horrible experience. -Cashier demanded cash settlement on check-out, despite the fact that MHA accepts Visa and Mastercard. Really, who runs around with big amounts of EUR i cash? The cashier insisted on taking us to closest ATM to withdraw cash. We still insisted on paying with card. We certainly do not encourage tax evasion. Avoid this place!
Great surprise
We have been many 5* all inclusive in Turkey. And this time we book My home apart hotel Alanya. We didn't have high expectations, But what a great surprise hotel was. Hotel management and staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. They realy like you feel that you are home.... The atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxed and friendly. Hotel and rooms were very clean and well maintained. Pool area small but cozy. The restaurant was the biggest surprise. The food was very good and inexpensive. Every penny worth. I whole heartedly recommend the hotel and its restaurant to everyone. Many thanks to all the staff and the manager.
