Great hotel

Reception area is beautiful, very comfy seats and plenty of balcony space if you want to sit outside. Can be busy in evenings, but bar and waiting staff are super friendly and attentive. You’re never waiting on a drink! Pool is large with plenty of seating and umbrellas. Theres a separate child’s pool with slides. Even when pool activities are happening the pool is so large there’s still loads of space. Lifeguards are incredibly friendly, and happy to help with any questions especially Saiff who we spoke with everyday- apologies if we have spelt your name wrong! Bar staff around the pool are again super friendly & attentive- Oussema gets a special shout out, he was delivering drinks constantly & even brought us crepes on our last day! Animation team were again wonderful- were not really activity people, but everyday they would come to speak with us and ask about our day (especially Sonic). Their dance in the morning & afternoon became something we really looked forward to (our favourite was the one to Waka Waka by Shakira). If you like activities there’s loads of options everyday, but the animation team aren’t pushy if you say no! The rooms themselves are lovely and super clean. Our double was two single pushed together, but they were really comfy. Only complaint was check in took a while, which meant we had two hours on arrival without a room.
