I JUST WANNA APPRECIATE MR FORTUNE FOR MAKING MY DAY EVEN THOUGH THE RESERVATION TEAM WERE OF NO HELP AND DINT LISTEN OR

1st of this review is directed to SUSHI SAMBA RESTAURANT …. Having been there 2-3 m actually not impressed with the booking team On two different occasions I requested for outside sitting but No they actually never keep to their word Am DISSAPOINTED for its not the first time on such act Yesterday 26th Friday brunch they did same and worst of it all the two ladies on reservations team actually gave me a don’t care attitude and they were less bothered UNTILL I approached mr FORTUNE THE WAITER and truthfully I just say thank you soo much to him for being a good listener and he really tried his best to get me different sit but unfortunately it wasn’t comfortable to what he fount but still the fact that he toook that initiative reallly means a whole lot I TRULLY TRULLY appreciate him and yes that brunch after that gesture he did turned out to be 10/10 it was sooo good really thank your soo much FORTUNE YOU MADE MY DAY❤️🙏🙏

Simply the only choice in Doha

Wonderful experience staying at the Waldorf Astoria Lusail. The hotel is extremely well designed and built to the highest standard. The rooms are generous in size, opulent yet still retain a high feeling of comfort and class. The staff are faultless, courteous and sincere and readily at hand in a friendly and respectful manner. The food options are plentiful and delicious. All in all easily the best hotel experience in Doha, and one of the very best I have had anywhere in the world. Well worth treating yourself to a few days here.

Nice, new hotel in Lusail!

We stayed here for a night and really had a wonderful stay. As a diamond, got an upgrade to a room with sea view. All the staff we had contact with were all friendly and professional. Also got a chocolate birthday cake brought to the room for Mike, thanks guys! Breakfast was impressive with ala carte and buffet. The 2 honey jars for coffee and tea in the room was perfect. There is a luxury mall (Place Vendome) nearby with lovely shops and restaurants (plus a fountain show). Unfortunately, there were no universal power outlets by the bed, the black-out curtain were not overlapping (I was already awake at 7am) and there were algae in the beach. Overall, it was still an enjoyable stay!

Special Hotel with wonderful staff

To all the employees working at WA Lusail. This my second stay within the last 3 months, each stay has been an amazing experience, truly flawless. From from of house to back staff, each and every employee I've spoken to treats me with the greatest of welcome, hospitality and respect. From breakfast, swimming pool, gymnasium to The Highmore club (Excellent cocktails) thank you for making my experience special. Thank you Oussama, Marilia, Chitra, Eugenia, Pepe to name a few. Perfect People, Problematic Parking

We live locally and have visited the WA pool and beach 5 times over the last two weeks. The hotel is incredible and every aspect except one is wonderful. The problem lies with the layout and logistics of the parking and valet service. The hotel is stunning but there are clearly design flaws on the way that vehicles enter the drop off areas. Today we were waiting 25 minutes to get to the valet service and when my daughter left in an uber I had to walk her down the driveway so the driver could turn back. However, the front of house staff are working incredibly hard. The parking is a management issue and the valets and security are taking a lot of complaints when they are simply trying to help. In particular, Sammy, a security guard was under a lot of pressure to guide the cars but he was pleasant and smiling when he guided me through and when walked my daughter to the Uber two hours later in the heat of the afternoon, he was still smiling, polite, and professional. At the concierge desk, Shlesha was also incredibly accomodating and helpful. We will be back soon but hope the parking is resolved quickly.
