Stunning hotel and amazing staff

The hotel is stunning. The decor is impeccable. There was lots to do. Staff were very professional. Aneesha at reception was amazing. She was very helpful and friendly. She is an asset to the Rixos brand.

5 star customer service!

We stayed here from the Sept 23. The hotel is ok, it’s all inclusive… but not the all inclusive we are used to, what makes this hotel 5 star is the staff! Not one staff in this place you can fault!! Big thanks to Gulshat I believe her name was in the lobby coffee bar, hadefz in the restaurant for the perfect food! Ashik and Vishal in the restaurant that are amazing! Dan from house keeping amazing! Salma front of house and the best forgive me but I believe her name is Dennis, Turkish lady doing the pool rounds! With her around you will never be thirsty. The hotel is ok… I guess the all inclusive is a first in Doha and the have a little to learn… that said the staff are keep to help and learn. Would we visit again, yea probably as it’s a clean and polite environment.

Amazing Stay

My brother and I stayed at Rixos Gulf Hotel for two nights for an extended layover from Africa and it was nothing short of amazing. The staff goes over an beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. We went to their steak house for dinner and it was absolutely delicious. We also have been getting the buffet style breakfast and lunch at the “Farmhouse” which does not disappoint. We spent the day at the beach/pool yesterday which was perfect and we had someone making sure we were comfortable all day. Overall our stay here has been perfect, I don’t have any complaints and a great relaxing end to our safari in trip in Africa. I will definitely be coming back because two nights was not enough time!

Rixos amazing stay!

The most amazing stay at Rixos! Staff were superb! Chantelle at reception made us feel right at home and contacted me before I even arrived to ensure all my needs were met. Darren at the gym was amazing … runs a great facility with all activities and proper workout schedules . Farmhouse restaurant staff… Phindi / Petra , Owethu , Annu, Strini, Ahmad, Duncan , Ian, Kiki. Rasa restaurant with Surojit all fantastic. Farouk ensured tours were booked. Spa treatments including Hammam with Maryam was the best. So many food options and amazing pastries and desserts . Coffee lounge was so good too. Rooms were clean and well maintained . Bar fridge stocked up everyday. Housekeeping staff Kaung and team always checking if everything was ok. Driver Hamza gave a us a pleasant ride back to the airport. These staff are like family and are an asset to the Rixos group. Well done Savio and team! I will be back !

Everything was great, and all the staff was friendly spatially Ms. Aneeaha. The facilities and activities were wonderful. For sure we will come back to this hotel. Thank you to all the staff who work in this hotel
