Great Hospitality, Lovely location
Our stay was extremely relaxed with Praveen, our butler, taking good care of us. He had ensured all things were just perfect, from the golf cart transfers to the restaurants and reservations for the cruises. The dolphin cruise and sunset cruise was really good as was the snorkelling in the sea around the Ocean Villas, that had been booked by us. The food was ok. On the whole a great experience.

You were always able to give us immediate advice. Unfortunately, we, who do not know the language, fully appreciated your work. Beautiful. Relaxation personified. We had an over water villa and saw the sunrise each morning. Had a massage in the spa which was heaven. Food was amazing and drinks aplenty. The only downside was the mini bar, only had beer we had to request wine to be delivered to room. Very clean, cleaner come 3 times a day! Have to give a shout out to Rasheed, waiter in Sunset Dining Room who was excellent and our butler Praveen, for arranging the wine in our room. All in all had the best time
Holiday at Adaaran Maldives
We had a week at Adaaran Select Hudhuran Fushi and reeally enjoyed and recommend it. Right from the pick up at the airport to the reception and room, everything was first class. the wait staff, cleaners and all the customer support were friendly and really efficient.

We arrived in the rain by speedboat once we got off at the jetty we were just told to follow a group of day visitors in the rain, no umbrella were even provided. We arrived at the reception area no welcome drink or even a towel to dry off, and waited until a young guy ask if he could help, he was not very knowledgeable, he checked us in and the told us to join a large group of people at the orientation. Then Sandra came over and said we shoild not be with that group as they were day visitors? Sandra was very helpful and apologized for the manner in which we were treated. From there everything kind of did a 360 and we were looked after very well by Sandra, Suba and Adams from the reception team. We were allocated a table in the dining room and the service from our waiter Ali was excellent he was very attentive and helpful. Our room was also very nice exactly what we expected. Our room boy Shahilam vas also very polite and takes his work seriously, nothing was too much trouble for him. The Spa when offering special offers and services should advise guests that the vouchers that guests have are not applicable on their special offers, they did not even ask if we were entitled to a discount and our package included a 50 dollar per person for spa services. We put in a request at the beginning of our holiday for the beverages in the minibar to be replaced by coke no sugar as we do not drink the normal soda's, this was rather hit and miss, somedays it was provided somedays not until we asked, in total of a 7 day holiday we had to request 3 times. Overall we came there to relax, which we did do but the greeting at the beginning of our holiday left a bitter taste. First impressions count.
