Receptie vriendelijk en behulpzaam.Hotel is schoon, kamers goed schoongemaakt.LET OP ! Airco kost u 10 euro per DAG ! Dat wordt niet verteld op de reis sites.Argassi en Zakinthos stad ook, kent geen stranden, je kunt bij een strandbar gaan zitten maar moet zo de zee inspringen.Ik raad Tsilivi aan.Banana-beach wordt zwaar overrated,te duur voor een stoel en vrij koude zee en dat in augustus.Zak. is een mooi eiland met miljoenen olijfbomen en veel lieve mensen.Wij hebben het idee dat TUI echt veel te duur is met zijn excursies, wij hadden trouwens een excursie gecanceld en de reisleidster was opeens niet zo vriendelijk meer viel ons op...beetje raar.

Struttura abbastanza buona, ristorante VERGOGNOSO

La struttura alberghiera in sé è buona: il bagno e la stanza da letto sono abbastanza moderni, con box doccia ampio, phone, somministrazione di shampoo, balsamo, doccia schiuma e crema corpo. In stanza c'è bollitore e TV (sintonizzata sui solo canali greci), i cuscini sono ottimi e v'è anche un ottimo topper sul materasso. Completa la stanza un condizionatore ottimo, un frigorifero e un balconcino con tavolino e due sedie. La stanza viene ben pulita tutti i giorni. La piscina, seppur piccola, è ben tenuta e v'è anche il tavolo da biliardo. La nota ASSOLUTAMENTE NEGATIVA riguarda la mezza pensione. La struttura alberghiera si appoggia ad un ristorante che è mal gestito. Abbiamo pagato per la mezza pensione ma su undici cene siamo restati lì a mangiare solo sette sere. Prima di partire, con mail, avevo fatto presente che sono allergica a cipolla ed aglio. Inoltre sono pure pescovegetariana: ho potuto mangiare solo insalata greca con feta e una squallida fetta di pesce spada CONGELATO con patatine fritte! La cosa peggiore è che, nonostante la mezza pensione, abbiamo dovuto pagare a parte l'ACQUA, il pane (ci veniva dato un solo panino a testa) e persino un limone! Siamo stati costretti ad andare a mangiare fuori, nonostante avessimo già pagato, perché la struttura alberghiera non ci ha fornito una soluzione alternativa! La colazione, a buffet, invece è stata abbastanza buona. In reception, il personale è stato abbastanza cordiale, tranne una signora che, alla mia domanda in inglese se lei parlasse italiano, mi ha chiesto se io invece parlassi il greco!!!

Molto bene!

Consiglio vivamente questa struttura, offre tutti i confort necessari, servizi e pulizia davvero ottimi. Stanze di grandezza adeguata e dotate di terrazzino. Colazione a buffet con ampia scelta tra dolce, salato e frutta. Bella la piscina! Unica nota negativa è che l'aria condizionata perché è a pagamento, 10 euro al giorno.

Terrible customer service and misleading photos

Terrible customer service, they do not answer the phone or reply to emails. If you need to make an upgrade or changes to your booking you will just need to cancel and lose your money. Photos advertised apparently not reflective of the real deal either.

Great hotel in a great location

A good modern hotel in a great location. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and all the staff are pleasant and welcoming. The room was a good size and well appointed with a large comfortable bed. There was a full size fridge with an ice box so it would be worth taking ice cube bags for that cool drink. There is ample hanging space and shelves but it might be worth taking some extra hangers with you. There was a good choice at breakfast of hot and cold food and the tables in the dining room are well spaced which gives it an airy feel. There are some nice walks along the back streets behind the hotel where the chickens run free. It is worth noting that there is a €10 charge per day for air con and a €20 charge for the safe add this to the tourist tax (€1.50/day) and before you know it you've spent over €100. Having said that I would definitely recommend this hotel.
