Late Break

The hotel is on the sea front and a good central position in Agassi to all the local Bar's and Restaurants. It is not a wide beach and there had been rough seas before we arrived bringing in a lot of seaweed covering the sand. The hotel studio that we were in needs updating but all was clean and comfortable. All the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you, from the Receptionist to the cleaning staff to the catering staff.

Spoilt by the management

1 star rated to highlight service & warn others of the treatment we observed to some other guests. Accomodation - generally good if not a little dated, kitchen just about functional, double electric hob, small oven, kettle, toaster & fridge/freezer. The appartment was described as 2 bedrooms, technically correct, however the 2nd room was a lounge area with 2 convertible single sofa beds. The rooms were cleaned (swept & mopped) daily. The Resort - pool reasonable, however half of it was over 3m deep so families with small children be careful. Sun loungers suffered from the usual towel brigade, so if you want one, get up early! Outside pool bar fine, staff friendly with a small selection of snack food available. Upstairs/rooftop bar a different matter. The seating etc was fine, however the barman agressively accused my son of damaging the pool table (+20 year old marked, worn & in v.poor condition), threatening the police. My son was not even playing pool, but this did not stop him! 2 other boys playing pool made a slight mark on the table with pool chalk, they were not even given the chance to dust it off & were threatened with the police if they didn't pay. Local scam apparently!

Overall downfall. (READ IF GOING TO HOTEL)

Shocking hotel, untrustworthy bed frames and rude manager Second to last night went to play pool with some people I met there. I made a line of chalk to help new people since the table was ruined next day the other family was getting charged €250 and so was my family, trying to steal €250 from a family is terrible let alone two! The lines could’ve easily been wiped off with a wetwipe and the bartender got touchy and kept grabbing me in a rude manor the manager didn’t even speak to us and was rude shouting €250 pay or police will be called!! A rep came and lowered the price down to 125 and they then lied and said the “damage” overall was worth 250 but they tried to squeeze 500…… here’s some photos just to show you!!! Please be careful as they will charge you for anything 😂 TL:DR manager scammed 250 euros for chalk on pool table

Great location hotel needs updating

We came here as we have been to zante a few times , this place is nice and quiet rooms are basic , overall at first we enjoyed this holiday until one night our children played pool in hotel bar with lots of other children ( very old marked pool table ) and then the next evening we were accused of damaging it being ordered to pay £250 damages , we were refused to see cctv and then not able to have a calm chat about the slight chalk on the table without the manager shouting , so please be careful going to this place with your family ,otherwise we did have a fab holiday here , food in near by restaurants are fantastic too

Family friendly hotel

A nice hotel. Large pool and good views from our apartment. A lot of reviews say that it is dated but then a lot of apartments in Greece fall into that category! Wifi is free but very hit and miss and cannot be relied on! Reception ladies very friendly. Whilst the main road out of the front of the hotel is very busy, you wouldn't know this from the back of the hotel. Plenty of parking if hiring a car but beware the hill start!
