Chambres spacieuses, sdb moderne, vue incroyable et hôtel très propre

Magnifique vue, lits tres confortables (sauf canapé lit très très dur meme pour un enfant, mais l’hôtel a été très compréhensif et nous a changé de chambre), sdb magnifique , petit dej tout fait correct ( pour chacun une part de gâteau, un œuf dur, une tranche fromage et de mortadelle, pain, des olives). Très jolie piscine avec magnifique vue et coucher de soleil sur la caldera.

Hôtel à fuir. On y a même pas mis les pieds que l’on est déjà déçu.

L’hôtel se permet d’annuler des réservations faites puis accepté pour d’autres dates puis de nouveau annule. Aucune crédibilité. A fuir. Nous sommes déçu de cet hôtel. Je ne sais pas comment il fait le choix d’annuler certains clients et d’accepter d’autres …

Perfect holiday

Very nice place with a pool with the most fantastic view over the sea. Staff is helpfull and the location is close to center. The sunset view is incredibly beautiful from the all rooms. Rooms are simple and very clean. Kitchen and bathroom works perfect for two persons.

The most amazing view and a lovely balcony to sit on to take it all in. But the bed was so comfortable and a good nights sleep really made our stay. The pool was refreshing and beds around the pool were great especially those that had a view out over the caldera. Very conveniently situated with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Restaurant prices are not cheap but a couple of nights we had gyros from a nearby takeaway and ate this outside our room watching the sunset. Heaven.

Excellent in everyway!

This place was absolutely excellent in every way. Being on the cheaper side we were expecting it to be basic, but it was far from this. The rooms were clean, and had everything you needed. The views were STUNNING. This is a small family run hotel and the owners could not have done more to help and be accommodating. Having read the reviews about the breakfast we were prepared to not be impressed, but this was so far from the truth. The breakfasts were excellent and the way they were served per table was far more hygienic than a buffet style. There was so much food and it was good quality and fresh. Hassan the waiter was so accommodating whenever we asked for something especially with multiple pots of coffee requested. The family also have a transport services offered and this was excellent, we would highly recommend using it. If you are reading this and sitting on the line whether to book. Do it. You won’t be disappointed.
