Parfait à quels détails près....

La chambre est spacieuse et confortable La vue est à couper le souffle L accueil et les services irréprochables Mais l hôtel est situé à proximité d une route très passante donc nous avons eu une nuit très difficile donc demander une chambre bien placée et vous serez au paradis Le restaurant est à éviter les mets ne sont pas de qualité

Arrivés en soirée, nous avons immédiatement été enchantés par la vue à couper le souffle, la chambre, l'hôtel, l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel féminin. Les hommes comme nous l'avons constaté durant tout le séjour, sont généralement beaucoup moins avenants, voire froids. Si dans un premier temps nous avions dans l'idée d'un endroit plus centré sur Fira, cette décision aura été l'une des meilleures du moment. Parfaitement situé, cet hôtel dispose d'un magnifique emplacement et vous évite les passages de touristes devant la chambre, ou pire encore devant votre piscine, comme c'est souvent le cas dans d'autres établissement de Fira. Sauf si vous aimez l'effet Zoo, considérant que vous êtes l'objet de curiosités. Vous pouvez ainsi profiter de la vue en prenant un déjeuner copieux (le choix et les aliments sont de très bonne qualité), ou à d'autres occasions de la journée, de la soirée. Lieu très calme, si ce n'est quelques véhicules sur la route située à l'arrière de l'hôtel, surtout le jour, mais peu dérangeant. Si vous n'avez pas loué de véhicule, un service bus gratuit est organisé par l'hôtel pour rejoindre le centre de Fira. Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cet établissement, à l'image de ce voyage à Santorin, merveilleux. Merci aux filles du service pour leur gentillesse et leur serviabilité. Un point à corriger selon nous, les oreillers. Si le lit un peu dur nous a convenu, nous nous sommes battus toute la semaine pour tenter de trouver le bon positionnement sur des oreillers peu confortables, qui méritent clairement d'être changés. Nous reviendrons à Santorin, pour tout ce que nous avons pu voir, pour la plage de sable noir, pour cet hôtel que nous recommandons. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain et ce sera au Lilium hôtel.

Une vue époustouflante

Un séjour parfait !! Personnel très chaleureux, accueil en français, par Catarina, vraiment avec des petites attentions, ça fait plaisir. Les chambres spacieuses et confortables. L'hôtel est à 5mn en voiture de Fira. Le restaurant très bon, avec un petit déjeuner très complet. Merci à notre serveuse, Elisa, aux petits soins et toujours le sourire. Je recommande !!

Huge disappointment!!!!

This is not 5 star hotel, maximum 3 star. Maybe the hotel staff is nice but this is not something what make hotel 5 stars. Unfortunately, it doesn't really look that nice. This hotel is old and run down, torn chairs in the restaurant and mattresses at the pool. The manager of the hotel should be ashamed of such negligence. I will post real pictures everywhere because you can’t make people stupid. Very disappointed! I paid for 5 star and had to stay in 3 star hotel. I would not come here even for half of the price. I was getting married while I was in the hotel and it was very important for me to stay in a proper 5 star hotel so I’m very disappointed will never again trust reviews on tripadvisor! Our hotel was the only place where we didn't even hear congratulations on our wedding day

Very pleasent stay at the Lilium

Just back from celebrating our 39th wedding anniversary at the Lilium hotel in Santorini. Our stay didn’t get off to a good start as we were left waiting outside the airport for our hotel transfer for 30 minutes watching everyone else being picked up on time !!! We were greeted at the hotel by two friendly receptionists, we told them about our wait for the transfer and they did apologise however they said the traffic had been busy and the driver had other jobs , not the reply we wanted to hear after a long day and no service recovery. On a more positive note we found our room to be clean and bright ,with modern furnishings and an amazing view of the caldera. Outside their was a swimming pool ,which we were unable to use as it was so cold , plenty of sun beds however some mattresses need changing due to having some splits in them , there was also a jacuzzi which was a little warmer than the pool . The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices from cereal , fruit ,cheese ,and hots including fried and scrambled eggs ,sausages ,bacon ,and mushrooms, also plenty of pastries and croissants, the orange juice was freshly squeezed. We didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evening as we chose to eat in Fira and the hotel runs a courtesy bus to and from Fira ,just check the times as it doesn’t run every hour , we enjoyed the walk after breakfast and takes about 30 mins. It’s a very busy road outside the hotel however once you are in the hotel it is much quieter. We had a lovely surprise when we returned to our room from a walk into Fira as the hotel had put two small bottles of fizzy wine in the room for our anniversary which was lovely. We did feel that the staff worked pretty much to a script! Overall a very enjoyable stay on this beautiful island of Santorini.
