Mooi hotel in sfeervolle tuin

Leuk hotel in prachtige tuin. Wij hadden een kamer met een terrasje. Kamer was schoon en prima van formaat. Bij aankomst kregen we leuke tips wat we moesten zien in de omgeving. Schoonmaakster was erg vriendelijk. Zwembad was goed van formaat en schoon. Ontbijt was prima, alleen de koffie vonden wij niet lekker. Dat hebben we opgelost door een coffee to go te halen bij het koffietentje op de hoek.

Kan ikke anbefale dette sted. Vi havde ingen rengøring i den uge vi var der, samt modtog vi et delvist rengjort værelse. Vores værelse manglede wc-børste, havde huller i væggene, ledning hængende ud fra væggen. Afbrydere skjult bag sengegavl så loftlys tændes ved mindste berøring midt om natten, samt afbrydere til sengelamper også var skjult bagved. Deres enkelte morgenmad virkede til at være daggammelt brød, uappetitligt opstillet med delvist opfyldning. En poolbar der ikke var åben med undtagelse af 2 gange dette var om aftenen hvor poolen var lukket.. Dog har de en fin placering med gå afstand til centrum og en meget smuk have.

Terrible and very traumatizing experience

Terrible experience. Extremely rude and disfunctional family running the hotel ( never seen anything alike in the entire world ). The bathroom was dirty and flooding and i asked to change room. The young guy in the reception was extremely unpolite, refused calling the manager and giving me complaint book and started calling names. An older man came and started shouting in greek for us to go out. I had to call the police because they were starting to become violent in words and gestures. Didn't feel safe at all. No words to describe, really traumatizing. This so called hotel should not operate in business anywhere in the world. The breakfast had half eaten bread and was dirty in some points. The bathroom was unbelievably old, however in the website they have a modern bathroom. They only want tourists'money.

Hotel Sagterra is a hidden gem. Wish my stay had been longer than 4 days. Best location, room, pool, gardens, breakfast.

You walk in through front door and you step into paradise with the palm trees, flowers everywhere, and large pool. Lovely. Stayed 4 days/nights. Staff very nice & helpful, room great, all areas very clean, great complete breakfast (includes best yogurt). Grocery store right across street and bus stop too. Great restaurant and café few steps away. Short walk to St.George's beach and port/town center. 2nd time here and still tops! 10/10

Nice little hotel

The staff was friendly and the rooms, pool area and the hotel area was clean and Nice. The towels was changed every day and the bed sheets every second day. A simpel but good breakfast was included. It was refrigirator and aircondition in the rooms. It was a quite area and about 10 minutes slow walk to the beach and port area.
