Hyvä sijainti, kaunis siisti hotelli. Harmi, että henkilökunnan huonolla asenteella voi pilata niin paljon.

Asiakaspalvelun taso oli surkein kokemus ikinä. Erityisesti kaksi nuorta naishenkilöä olivat uskomattoman tylyjä. Esimerkki: olimme veneretkellä päivän. Palatessamme huomasimme, että siivouksen yhteydessä pyyhkeet ja kylpyhuoneen matto oli viety, mutta uusia ei ollut tuotu tilalle. Tämä on mielestäni vielä inhimillinen virhe, vahinkoja sattuu, joten menin pyytämään uudet vastaanotosta. Vastaanoton nuori poika oli ihan asiallinen (koko matkan ajan) ja lähti hakemaan pyyhkeitä. Takahuoneesta alkaa kuulua hyvin kovaäänistä vihaista huutoa kreikaksi naisäänellä (tätä kuului usein). Tovin odoteltuani sain pyyhkeet, kiitin ja lähdin. Huoneeseen päästyäni oveemme koputetaan. Ovella on toinen näistä nuorista naisista, joka pahoittelun sijaan syyttää meitä pyyhkeiden varastamisesta. Kummallakaan meistä ei ole tarvetta viedä hotellin pyyhkeitä, meillä oli omat rantapyyhkeet mukana, kylpyhuoneen matosta puhumattakaan. Pidän tällaista toimintaa täysin pöyristyttävänä, enkä missään tapauksessa Voi suositella kyseistä hotellia kenellekään.

Nice little hotel

The staff was friendly and the rooms, pool area and the hotel area was clean and Nice. The towels was changed every day and the bed sheets every second day. A simpel but good breakfast was included. It was refrigirator and aircondition in the rooms. It was a quite area and about 10 minutes slow walk to the beach and port area.

Perfect place to stay

Very nice familly hotel, great rooms with balcony, great garden anb big swimming pool. Walking distance to the port and to the beach. Rooms clean, all workers super friendly. I really recomend this hotel. When I am back to Naxos for sure gonna stay in this hotel

OK rooms, but the attitude...

We can't recommend Sagterra. Mostly because of the bad service and attitude. The rooms are fine, the pool too and the location is ok (a fifteen minute walk to the nice harbour). But at arrival we didn't even get a welcome. No information or anything. And when we asked about hotel information we got a "like?" in response. No pool towels, hot water missing in shower sometimes and the breakfast is very much not worth it, just some bread and jam, green boiled eggs and Greek yogurt. On the other hand, Naxos is a nice island. And the main town perfectly ok. Friendly people, good food and cosy alleys.

nice place, but basic

I liked this hotel mainly because of very nice architecture, very greek, nice pool and garden, all these was very sweet, I had only breakfast, basic but tasty, rooms very basic, not very comfortable but for me it was enough, bathroom uncomfortable as in many other places in Greece, always wet floor after shower, hotel is located about 15 min walk from marina, not much traffic there, but close to private houses, can be noisy sometimes as these houses are across narrow street, my room had window from street site and when our neighbours had birthday or sth it was noisy, but not every day, it was clean so if you’re not too keen on luxury it can be ok
