Fantastic Hotel, Great Location and Brilliant Facilities

Just arrived home from an 8 night stay at Mynd Adeje and it was amazing. The hotel itself was modern and exceptionally clean, all the staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the bar staff receptionists and cleaners. I had an issue with my safe and it was instantly resolved. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and the AC, bed, shower and the balcony were all fantastic. We opted to go for the bed and breakfast and thought it was fantastic that the hotel served breakfast up until 11:30am meaning you never had to wake up early for breakfast and it was never busy, the food at breakfast was nice however there is fairly limited selection at the breakfast buffet and it can become slightly repetitive. The Bars at the hotel were also fantastic, the rooftop had amazing views of the sea and the surrounding areas and the cocktails were amazing some of the best I have had especially the espresso martini and the pina coladas and were reasonably priced at 7.50 euros each. The bar also had a decent draft and bottled beer selection. DJ was also on the rooftop ever Friday and Saturday night from 5 to 8pm which was a nice touch and created a really chilled but trendy vibe and the music was good. The hotel also provides free cocktail making masterclasses you can attend on the rooftop and wine tasting in the restaurant which is a brilliant perk available to everyone staying at the hotel. My only criticism of the rooftop is that it did close at 8pm as it would be nice to go for a few drinks after a meal at 10/11pm. The lobby bar was also nice, showed live sports and open 24/7 and you can take drinks in plastics back to your room. Facilities were great, water dispensers around the hotel, good gym, volley ball pitch, basketball court, bike hire facilities from 24 euros per day, rooftop pool and main pool both heated. Location was also fantastic with 2 local supermarkets and lots of good restaurants on the hotels doorstep including a few good seafood, steak, italian and tapas restaurants only 2 mins away. The Rosa centre was a 10/15 min walk and had some fantastic restaurants especially Legendary Restaurant and Terrace which was outstanding and had beautiful views. Additionally Playa Paraiso was a 20 min walk or 5 min taxi where there are restaurants and more lively bars with music including the hard rock hotel roof top bar and Roca Negra beach club where there are bars restaurants. Would 100% return to Mynd Adeje and would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fabulous

Just arrived home after a 9 night stay at this wonderful hotel, this was our 2nd time and loved it as much as previously. The staff are so friendly & welcoming from reception, through to cleaning staff! They are a credit to the MYND Group. Rooms are spacious, spotless & beds so comfortable, the shower is fantastic. The breakfast is superb, everything so fresh & wonderful choice. Pool area is great so clean & never a problem getting a sun bed they are plentiful. Rooftop area is terrific, fabulous Mountain View’s & watching the sunset is amazing, small infinity plunge pool so welcoming to cool off in! If you enjoy a relaxing chilled holiday this is the Hotel to stay in!! Cannot recommend enough.

Amazing place

Great place - superb environmentally friendly business model with fantastic staff - specifically, Fabio, Ayose, Alejandro and Franco. We really enjoyed the wine tasting and canarian coffee making & cocktails introducing locally made products. The rooftop terrace is fantastic for sunsets and chilled vibes. Great 5 day break. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Fantastic amazing relaxing holiday

What a place. All previous reviews are 100% correct. Hotel is tip top , what a completely amazing relaxing stay. Hotel was spotless , our room was more than big enough , plenty storage , great bathroom with huge shower , massive tv , free safe , cleaner came in everyday to change towels , bedding etc. The pool area was so chilled , plenty of sun beds , we came down most days approx 10.30am and had the pick our the loungers. No subbed wars here. Rooftop bar was classy with amazing views, great to watch the sun set. Can’t compliment the staff enough , super helpful , professional and a real credit to the hotel. We were B@B , the breakfast buffet etc was plentiful , only gripe we had were the eggs were always cold be it the scrambled or fried. The hotel was a few minutes walk to surprisingly a good few bars and restaurant’s as we thought it might be too quiet for us , but that wasn’t the case. Overall a fantastic stay in an amazing relaxing hotel and lovely resort. My wife and I will certainly be returning again to this wonderful place. Thanks Mynd for an amazing holiday

Very poor customer service but nice hotel

Slipped on something greasy on the way back from sunbathing on our last afternoon Badly injured and needed ambulance to hospital for stitches to open gash on chin amongst other injuries. On holiday. Do not speak Spanish. 63 year old lady. Hotel accepted zero responsibility Return taxi in bathing suit and beach wrap alone with a strange man , after midnight, scary.. Hotel knew the circumstances but did not offer to pay for treatment, taxi or final evening. However, apart from this really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in spite of no acknowledgement of my injuries. Will be arriving with my husband 3 December 2023. Let's hope the hotel will take this opportunity to make amends for their previous lack of customer service.
