Vietimme viikon Cay Beach Caletassa viikolla 8/2014. Puitteet olivat hyvät eikä väkeä ollut liikaa, mutta palvelua oli hankala saada. Lämmitys ei toiminut sulakkeen palamisen vuoksi ja palelimme, ihmettelen miksi lämmitys pitää erikseen maksaa -sitä ilman tuskin kukaan selviää talvikaudella joten sen pitäisi kuulua sisältöön eikä jokaisen sählätä erikseen sen kanssa. Verkko ei toiminut ja kisojen seuraaminen oli pettymys. Peruspalveluissa puutteita ja niiden perään piti erikseen kysellä, kukaan ei pahoitellut niiden puutetta mitenkään. Pyyhkeet olivat likaisia ja niissä oli reikiä. Lattioita ei pyyhitty ja onneksi sisätossut olivat mukana. Paljon matkustaneina meille oli yllätys tavata luteita huoneistosta ja kotiin palattuamme laukut jäivät pihalle. Sängyt olivat todella kovat ja useamman huovankaan avulla niissä nukkumisesta ei nauttinut, loma on kuitenkin lepäämistä varten. Puitteet olisivat hyvät jos palveluun panostettaisiin. Itse suosimme pienempiä majoituspaikkoja, joissa saa palvelua. Sijainti oli hyvä joskin valitsisin tämän hetken tietojen pohjalta jandian majoituspaikaksi. Lähes kaikki huoneistot olivat sijoitettu siten, että aurinkoa saa ja huoneistojen yleisilme oli kiva.

Nada bien. Las almohadas son papel de fumar . El trato del personal deja mucho que desear. No hay animación para los más pequeños……….en resumen no volveremos…. Lo único bueno a destacar es que las habitaciones son amplias.

Winter sun

This was our third stay ,the bungalow are being refurbished, new kitchens ,showers, beds and aircon units etc the work was being done around the grounds but did not cause us any problems the workers always moved out the way and made sure everything was safe. The pool area clean and plenty of sunbeds ,happy hour twice a day and entertainment if you wished to join in ,small children pool and bar snacks , the cleaners keep the place spotlessly clean even with the building work going on . Quick easy checkin, you are given a map to help you find you bungalow ,there is a little shop next to the hotel . Only a short walk to the supermarket, shops,beaches and restaurants, Caleta is flat with plenty of seats lovely place to visit for some winter sun.

Perfect location and apartments are great

The apartments are ideal and the location is excellent as you can walk to marina and the town in around 15mins. The pool area is lovely and a great little shop on site for fresh bread etc. The beach is only 5-10 mins walk away. Playa Blanca is lovely and a perfect winter holiday resort.

Lovely stay at Caleta.

We absolutely love this accommodation. We have been twice- once for 2 weeks and now nice 3 weeks. The accommodation is basic but everything you need to make the stay nice. The pool is heated which is perfect for our little boy. The staff were friendly, particularly the cleaners and bar staff were great. The happy hours were good. There were plenty of sun beds. It’s an excellent location near to everything and the beach. The only thing that we found a bit of a shame was the Maintainance of children’s park, football area and golf course. It certainly didn’t ruin our holiday but it would have made getting ready a little more fun. One of us could have took him off or given him a bit of a play through different times of the day. We are due to come again in December and it would be wonderful if a little attention is put into this area.
