Secrets hotel

We arrived at Secrets on their opening week, so some of the restaurants weren't open yet but the the buffet restaurant was more than enough with all the choice. All the staff were very polite and helpful, unless you were trying to take bottles of wine etc from the drinks storage in the restaurant, which was just rude in my opinion. The rooms are lovely and the beds are very comfortable. The view is amazing from the balcony. I really couldn't fault anything. Every hotel is going to have teething problems when they open, but I don't feel Secrets had any major ones. We will definitely return.

Loved it!

A fantastic place. Good: friendly staff, always willing to help; great food (me being vegetarian, there were a number of options); clean rooms; adults only resort. Bedding made and towels changed everyday, minibar was included in the price and restocked everyday; private beach, great selection of well known drink brands included, infinity pool was beautiful, lots of sun loungers. Bad: Outdoor pool was cold, but we still enjoyed a dip and a drink at the pool bar. No door to the bathroom, which is OK if you're a couple.

Amazing experience

The hotel staff is very kind, many seating areas for smokers as well. Indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzi, dry and wet sauna and everything is sparkling clean. Bar with snacks, quality alcohol and coffee, free and open all day. Large rooms with a balcony facing the sea, delicious food and a great experience for adults only, highly recommended,we had a great time , and all inclusive experience is a really ALL inclusive, everything from alcohol food indoors night club private beach and even a free mini bar inside the room that is refiled daily, we will definitely be coming back again soon

Never 5 stars

Worst 5 star we have ever stayed in. More like a 3 star we booked the best room in the hotel which was lovely and clean in fact the hotel was spotless so 5 star to the cleaners but that's where it ends. When we arrived we did not get our champagne reception and when we left not as much as a thankyou. Bar staff too familiar and rude, And the food was also terrible, I have a small probe I carry around with me to ensure food is hot enough and half the hot food I checked was way below safe standards so went quite hungry most meals and ate out a lot which spoiled our all inclusiveness . We will never return to this hotel again, Never 5 stars and if that's what your after pick a different hotel

September visit

Stayed last week in September. Weather was surprisingly good. Hotel was clean beds and room was great overlooking the pool floor 7. Buffet restaurants were good food was nice and staff attentive. Pool was outstanding. And areas so clean. Low season so endless sunbeds and good towel service.
