Хотел бы разложить с очень хорошими условиями, включая храние в кухне, напитки и напитки в баре. На прием винаги са насреша - благодаря за таксито, что Карина ни поръча, въпреки късния час. Бяхме объркали код на сейф, но когда им съобщихме, дойдоха за не повече 20 минут. Благодарим за условия и еще все еще върнем догоде отново тук през август 🙂

Prachtig, gerenoveerd hotel. Mooie kamer met een ruim balkon. Vriendelijk personeel en vriendelijk animatieteam. Genoeg leuke dingen te doen in de buurt (alles dichtbij) en heerlijk eten.

Arrival at home midnight check in was the fastest and most efficient I have ever had. Sandwiches and fruit were available and very welcomed after a delayed journey, the addition of tea coffee and water in room was also a plus. You just have water in minibar not anything else but the fridge works perfectly and supermarkets nearby. Also the bellboy whom I didn't get his name but he worked everyday and I didn't see him sit down once, he was super polite and helpful , even when weighing my cases he helped .This hotel has been recently renovated to a great standard tastefully decorated with good quality furniture. Bed was super comfortable. Rooms cleaned everyday, now this is my biggest shout out is to Aysa lovely lady cleaning floor 3 , she was happy smiling so helpful and we did our best to communicate despite the language barrier please give this lady some reward and recognition for her dutiful hard work . I really did notice when it was her day off , my room was exceptional with a lovely view of the sea and pool 311. Lifts all worked , weren't cramped and didn't need to wait long unlike some hotels. Now to the restaurant and food were good, the food quality was exceptional and tasty it's self service on the beer and wine at lunch and dinner so no waiting for service the chefs at food stations are continuously working and do a great job especially the guys on the omelette station in the morning. Good variety of food and around 5-6choices of main dishes, plus vegetables, potatoes, rice and salads. My only criticism is an easy fix and for next to no outlay I think it would be a welcomed addition. Whilst there are 3 coffee machines in the restaurant, they do form a considerable queue at meal times especially breakfast. This is partly due to the tiny amount dispensed at a time if you want a mug ( like most of us Britts ) then you have to press three times this holding up the queue. If a couple of hot water dispensers were adding them the tea drinkers would form a different queue, therefore alleviating the problem. Please implement this as I'll definitely be back. Old Nessebar is beautiful, the weather was... well as the government alerts said a disaster ! I was glad to be in such a beautiful hotel so I was shielded from the floods. I wish Bulgaria every hope of recovering from this awful act of nature and thank the staff for their care whilst there and also Jet 2.

Went to this hotel on 1st September for 7 days ,tbh we didn't know what to expect as we were going to go to Tenerife,the hotel was spotlessly clean ,the food was out of this world,staff were friendly, plenty to eat during the day snacks supplied,hot dogs , chips and toasted sandwiches at outside pool bar ,we paid the extra for a seaview room which was an absolute fantastic sight from our top floor balcony,water supplied to your room every day and beds made everyday,do visit the old town of nessebar it's 25 walk or 7 liv for a train ride,we are definitely booking again next year, probably the cleanest friendliest country we have been to.many thanks to all the staff that made us have a fantastic holiday Billy west and Marcea Willoughby
