Commend about housekeeping

Its very good,and somethings was clean Very specially souit And there are what you want I stayrd here for 5nights Seimming pool is very good ana clean The room was comfortable and clean The house cleaner was clean Ana Mr Mannan was a wondefull and he is superviser ther Mr Ahmadraza is very good

Excellent stay

Very spacious suite wonderful comfortable bed. A special.thank you to Ikram, Nuwan, Kabir and Savgat who all did such an excellent job cleaning our suite every day. Very friendly and obliging members of staff.

It’s one the best hotels mercue near metro supermarkets good view nice location i would thks Mr Mujahid nd Ali super user Ahmad all team good job Mercue fantastic hotel swing full nd gym restaurant very nice Mujahid good guy thks all team

Excellent hi department

The Housekeeping was pretty good and the service of Mr. Mujahid and Ali was excellent, they was really nice and friendly. They clean everything well and help us a lot. We were very happy with there work and what they did. Thank you.

Worst Hotel in Dubai!!! By a mile!!!!

Worst Hotel in Dubai out of all i've stayed in till now (7th or 8th trip here)!! The service is absolutely atrocious...front desk useless...duty manager clueless...everything is chargeable...even fork and spoon! There is no wine glass in 4 star hotel...only tumblers! Their excuse is that housekeeping is outsourced hence bad service! After vociferous complaints he made an exception to give us a set of cutlery and plates after quite a while of waiting! Room cleaning is very bad...they just do the beb and change towels. The floor is not broomed, not cleaned daily...the sofa has disgusting stains....i could go and on about how bad this hotel is... One more thing...the rooms are not soundproof...on 29th floor you still hear the noise of traffic of sheikh zayed road all night!
