We love the Sadara, a great escape in Nusa Dua, would stay here again Its beachfront is great with views of the far away volcano's. The penthouse is just amazing : very clean, super equiped, spacious, with a large balcony. The personnel is very professional, friendly and helpful. The garden was great with local access to water sports, massage and spas (in and outside hotel). The  large pool, with deep section and swim up bar, disposes of lots of daybeds for great relaxing. Needless to say that the delicious cocktails are a plus and complete the holiday feelings. Breakfast as well as lunch and diner are fabulous and reasonably priced. The resort offers splendid massage facilities. Other services such as barbershop, saloon,  Japanese and other restaurants are in walking distance of the resort. The resort is centrally located for furhter visiting Nusa Dua or other islands in front of the coast. Sadara is a truly great place to be!

Good

Experience here was just ok and something exceptional. Resort is good with restaurant that offers fair quality of breakfast and food. Vegetarian variety is however limited. Crew at the reception were amazing. They are very polite and humble.

Good moment in Bali.

ADITYA who is a restaurant staff is so good. His customer service was excellent. He has a great smile and great communication skills. And of course dinner was great. Very cost-effective. You should go if you visit in Bali.

Left a sour taste in our mouth!

One of our worst stays in Bali. We had such a great 7 days of our stay where the people were very hospitable and warm. We booked this property for our last 3 nights in Bali, Sadara only looks pretty in the pictures , the property is very dated with unclean and unkept rooms ! Has molds on walls, curtains are stained , the wall and lamps were covered in dust ! I have attached few pics so you can see how unhygienic the rooms are. The luggage attendant and the staff at the restaurant were really good but apart form that there was nothing nice about our stay. The reception and housekeeping never answer the calls. The hotel is filled with Trainees who Are clueless all the time. I did not even enjoy our spa as my therapist was coughing nonstop and was sniffly and I had to tell her to stop midway as there was nothing relaxing about the whole experience. I really hope they renovate the property and listen to their customers.

Poor infrastructure and irresponsible staff

Poor infrastructure and irresponsible staff. We went with 3 families. The reception gave an extra bed to one of my family for free. When asked, they started to argue and started giving prices in the range of 500K IDR to 1M IDR for a bed for one night. After that reception started picking up the call. The reception manager even threw paper on my family. When contacted the reception trainees about the not picking up the call, their response was that as I am present on the reception in person, they can help and they cannot pick up the call as they are not free for all customers. The toilets are not very clean. The spa is good. The beach is for namesake only. Not even stretches the entire breadth of the hotel. The luggage transfer guys and breakfast staff is very accommodating and hardworking. At the same time, you cant stay in the hotel during day time as renovation is going on and it is very noisy during day times. Pool is heated and good for family time. The building/premises of the hotel should be 2 or 1 star and not 4/5 star
