Laadukas hotelli.

Erittäin hyvä ja ystävällinen palvelu. Asiakas huomioidaan kaikessa ja esim. Syntymäpäivänä hotelli tarjosi kakun ja huoneeseen oli lisäksi laitettu koristelu aiheesta. Kannattaa varata huone alakerrasta, josta pääsee suoraan altaalle. Hauskana yksityiskohtana oli WC ja iso kylpyamme ulkona takapihalla. Toki omassa rauhassaan.

Average accomodation,

1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

Amazing

It was a great moment staying at your hotel. The room was super clean, the staff was super friendly. It is a nice and peace place to stay. The breakfast menu was great! I love the kue and croissant and everything. Thank you Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur!

Great Experience

Great location. Comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was good with many choices of food including Indonesian food. And very friendly and helpful staff. Recommended for you who wants to travel to Nusa Penida or Lembongan. Bcause this hotel just 10 minutes away from the port.

Pleasant place to stay.

This is a really lovely hotel to stay at. The grounds are beautifully maintained. It is definitely worth the extra room rate to have a pool access room. Rooms are clean and comfortable but the AC is a bit noisy. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We had a few issues with our room and they were attended to immediately. The hotel is located in a quieter area of Sanur. We would stay here again.
