Séjour extraordinaire

Séjour au mois de mai 2024 extraordinaire a l’hôtel Alésahne. Hôtel situé en bord de mer avec pleins de petits restaurants et boutiques en contrebas. Chambre propre et confortable avec literie au top donnant sur piscine (il y a d’ailleurs 2 piscines, une devant et l’autre derrière). Petit déjeuner parfait que l’on prendre sur la terrasse avec vu sur piscine et océan (un pur moment de détente). La direction et le personnel sont adorables et au petit soin. Nous avions loué une voiture pour se déplacer et c’était parfait pour nous pour visiter à notre rythme les villages typiques et magnifiques de Santorin. Seul bémol pas de parking à l’hôtel mais possibilité de se garer dans des rues situées derrière gratuitement

Frühstück sehr gut Abwechslungsreich und sehr frisch ! Die Zimmer so klein das man sich ständig irgendwo gestoßen hat Es gab nicht mal einen Schrank sondern nur eine Stange mit Vorhang! Wer mehr als 45 Kilo wiegt hat Schwierigkeiten beim Duschen. Entweder stößt der Po an die Wand oder klebt am Duschvorhang (Ich 60 kg!) Leider gab es im Restaurant kein griechisches Essen Pizza!? Hab ich am Nebentisch gesehen! Billige Fertigpizza! 3Sterne? Ein B&B ist bestimmt besser Der Strand ist sehr steinig 🥴🥴

La jeune femme de l accueil en journée est très désagréable, ne dit même pas bonjour le matin. On ne travaille pas à la réception d un hôtel dans ces conditions. Par contre la jeune femme de fin de journée est très agréable. Dommage pour ce point négatif je ne conseillerais pas cet hôtel.sinon rien à dire

Oggi siamo stati all’Alesahne e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Il caro George è stato gentilissimo e molto premuroso. Davvero un bravo ragazzo lavoratore e simpatico. Ci rivedremo presto. Spiaggia super e cibo buono. Top il vino di Santorini. Super buono

Staff not great but excellent location

This was experience of good and bad for us . We just left the hotel today and there was a few disappointment with it and some good bits . Didn’t start well , firsts you are dropped at a back lane from the hotel and very little guidance to the hotel . We went with easy jet holidays and was grateful for google maps . we arrived late and the gentleman was very nice , checked us in , the room was not what I booked and paid for . I had booked the superior double , on the east jet page and the hotel page this shows a separate room next to the bedroom . Travelling with my daughter aged 20 I thought the space would be handy . When I questioned it I was told it was . It wasn’t it was a normal bedroom . I had emailed the week before to request single beds , again not everyone is travelling as a couple … I find it annoying that it expected that everyone is . At the age of 20 you don’t want to share a bed with your mum !! This wasn’t honoured either after I had asked . Wasn’t going to let it spoil my holiday. There is the woman manager / reception who really shouldn’t me handling guests . She was rude and dismissive and has no idea how to be customer friendly. I had queried the room and the request and basically she wasn’t intrested . There seems to be no manager with experience . The young men who ran the bar were very nice but the bar closes at 10 every single night . Last orders and lights off . They obviously go out after work which is fair enough but they seriously cannot wait to get rid of you . Breakfast was good and the hotel is very clean , sun beds are great and towels . We ate a few times and was very nice . It’s it a great spot , and it’s very cool . Could be so much better with proper customer service and management .
