Bardzo przyjemny odpoczynek.

Hotel z bardzo miłą i przyjazną obsługą. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, podczas tygodniowego pobytu ręczniki wymieniane trzykrotnie, pościel jeden raz. Codziennie dokładane kosmetyki do kąpieli i pielęgnacji oraz kawa i herbata. Pokoje czyste, klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu, wyposażenie nowoczesne, łóżka wygodne z dobrym materacem. Jedzenie urozmaicone, dużo różnorodnych owoców (pomarańcze, dwa rodzaje melonów, ananasy, arbuzy, banany). Mało miejsca w części jadalnej (za mała liczba stolików), brak części zamkniętej - wszystkie posiłki spożywało się na świeżym powietrzu, czasem w pełnym słońcu- to jedyne minusy. Plaża piaszczysta z niewielką liczbą kamieni (buty do wody nie były dla mnie konieczne), wystarczająca liczba darmowych leżaków. Okolica spokojna, blisko do pięknej Chani, z możliwością dojazdu autobusem. Polecam hotel na wakacyjny relaks i odpoczynek.

A lovely holiday

Some of the reviews for this place are confusing. My biggest complaint was that I was placed in what feels like a separate hotel, which on the first few floors appeared to be rented by locals. It wasn’t lit up either so walking home alone was always fun. The room itself is great, pretty clean, air con that worked, kettle with tea and coffee, plenty of towels and toiletries and a fridge! The bar area is gorgeous when the weathers nice, as you have to eat outside but it rained non stop one of my days so eating became tricky & damp! The food was nice! Pretty standard buffet but there was always fresh salad! Towards the end of the buffet times it can get cold but I was always first to eat most meal times so didn’t really affect me. The staff are what makes this place, they’re happy and considerate and they honestly can’t do enough. Making sure you have drinks while you’re eating and are always friendly. The beach area is nice, it’s not the cleanest and the hotel next door clearly do a lot more to keep their part of the beach clean but it’s nice enough. Lastly there’s a lot of reviews complaining the area is too quiet. That’s a given, Georgioupoli is a quiet area with gorgeous view, lovely bars and restaurants but it’s not a party place. Overall it’s the low end of a 4* but it’s budget friendly for a reason.

Amazing attention

The room was lovely and cozy coffee shop was excellent, lovely location, super friendly staff. Best concierge I've ever experienced. Will for sure stay here again. Also the location is great very centric and safe. I would recommend the hotel to anyone traveling in Crete

Kindest staff, wonderful service, perfect location. I enjoyed my room with screen TV, bathrobe and all amenities. I booked a massage. Overall the room was chic, comfortable and super quiet. Had a great time. Location is perfect with lots of restaurants around.

Incredible

Fabulous hotel and wonderful staff. Amazing hospitality from the GM Maria and her team. The hotel is spotless clean and has a great ambiance. Rooms were nice size and amenities are great. Thank you all so much and we will definitely return. We loved everything about this property.
