Vietin pitkän viikonlopuna Teneriffalla ja majoituin tänne... Vastaanottohenkilökunta oli loistavaa ja todella kohteliaita ja ottivat tarpeeni hyvin huomioon. Huoneet olivat perustasoa, mutta siistejä ja mukavia. Uima-altaalla oli auringonottotuoleja ja varjoja. Eikä täällä yöpyminen maksanut juurikaan mitään! Mitä muuta voisi viikonloppulomalta toivoa?

Fabulous room, very modern and well equipped. Rooms, pool area and pool bar immaculate. Staff friendly and polite. 5 stars to reception staff after an incident not at the complex where truly amazing.

This is the second time we've stayed here for us this is the best apartments we have stayed in anywhere I emailed in advance telling them of my mobility issues when I arrived I could get a lower floor apartment I was allocated a higher apartment for two days and moved to a lower one staff are fantastic will recommend to anybody coming to tenerife

Hidden gem

What a lovely hidden gem these apartments are!. The apartments are spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, as is the whole complex. Pool bar staff are friendly, and the food on offer is nice and reasonably priced. The steak restaurant at the front of the complex is very nice too. There is no entertainment, and it's a very quiet complex that we loved as we came on holiday to relax, and if not, plenty of bars with entertainment near by. The apartments are in a really central location with siam Park and mall, beaches and nightlife all in walking distance nearby. I wouldn't say the apartments are suitable for those with mobility issues as lots and lots of steps to get around the complex, and no lift I also wouldn't say it's suited to those traveling with young children either because of the steps and also no children's pool. You can however hire a key for €10 per week to use the back entrance but it's still quite a hill to walk up to get to if your mobility isn't good. Safety deposit boxes are €25 for the week with €10 given back when you leave. There is a beach and spar supermarket nearby, however the mercadona up the road has more choice if your wishing to self cater , we did a combination of lazy nights in and meals out. We had a lovely comfortable stay at parque de las Americas and would happily come back.

Room 32 and 36

Just back from a lovely stay. When we arrived we were allocated room 32 which was a studio room at the top. I had booked a 1 bed apartment as I get up very early and a studio is no good as I disturb my husband who likes to sleep in. The lovely receptionist Roxanne asked if we would mind spending first night in the studio and then she could move us to a nice 1 bed. So that is what we did. I must say, the studio was lovely. Very big and had air con. We moved to room 36 the next day and boy it was fantastic. It had a large sunny terrace with a sea view so we were glad we waited. The beds were firm but comfortable as were the pillows. All the cooking equipment looked brand new and was enough for what we needed. Two ring hob. Large fridge with a good size freezer. Walk in shower. There was no air con but there was a ceiling fan plus a pedestal fan too. Everything was in good condition and spotless. The whole complex was spotless. The pool area was nice and got sunshine all day and only a couple of people felt the need to reserve sunbeds, fantastic as no sunbed hogging. We always managed to find one in a good spot whatever time we went. The lifeguard is there 10am to 6pm which are the pool opening times. He was a really nice man. Always chatted and mopped up every time someone got out of the pool so no one slipped on any wet tiles. Never seen that done before. The location is great. Very quiet complex near to everything. We found a short cut to the bus station by going up the road at the side. Took about 7 minutes. Since we were at the top they gave us a key to the gate up the hill at the side to save carrying cases up all the steps. There were 62 from reception to the door of room 36. We were just about fine with this as only did it twice a day but if you have mobility issues I would not stay here as there are steps everywhere even with the key for the side gate. The best thing about staying here are the staff and the cleanliness. They are amazing. The location is spot on. There are several supermarkets nearby but the Mercadona at San Eugenio is a 15 minute walk away up a hill. Plenty of restaurants in the area too. There is a launderette on site which costs €5 for a wash plus a tumble drier just bring washing detergent. Had a great stay.
