Great hotel in lovely location . Very relaxing . Gym basic but ok. Thermal pool and outside pools were wonderful.

Great hotel, lovely food and pool. Bedrooms a bit noisy as the windows don’t fit properly. We had to change our room as we were by the road and there was a birds nest on the roof above us. We’re changed to a much better 2 bed apartment. Staff very efficient and helpful. Short walk to marina and shops. Very relaxing. The thermal inside pool is free to hotel guests and we booked a Turkish massage for around £30. Very pleased with our choice

One of the best hotel in Izmir.Location ,breakfast and dinner.were excellent Staff was very helpful especially Umer and Sicil who were always there to help me out at guest relation desk. Thank u Umer and Sicil for making my trip so memorable

Great!!

Great hotel with such a friendly staff. Customer service great. They make you feel like at home. Hotel rooms are nice, comfortable and spacious. 3 pools are very clean. Restaurant and food perfect, every night different food and deserts. Special thanks to Gökhan manager and the other resection stuff like Secil , Mehmet, Ezra . My family will be coming back for sure to this Resort. 10 points!😊

Nice experince!

Hotel personel is very friendly and helps a lot Massage was good in the spa (have to pay for it) but it was a good one Pool was nice, food was also good The hotel is close to cesme centre Arda who works at the reception, is a very kind person I would definitely recomend

Customer excellence

We stayed in this hotel for the celebration of New Year. It was an excellent stay with my family. Special thanks to Hatice, Secil who made our stay most welcomed In addition to this I must thank Cigdem and Yusuf from the SPA TEAM. Thanks again We will be back soon
