Gold in the mountains.

It’s a very nice hotel. A bit out of town (Mamutlar). Lovely swimming pools. Staff are good! Food is ok too! Lacks a bit of atmosphere, but if you want a quiet holiday away from it all it good, A mix of villas, hotel rooms. Apartments! Nice mix. A bit away from the beach! Wonderful views of sea and mountains! Not everyone’s cup of tea.

ANGEL IS THE BEST

The hotel, rooms, pool, facilities (sauna steam room etc) are good. Food isn't great, that was the only bad part about the holiday. Staff and entertainment team are pleasant, ANGEL best guy there. Hope to see him when we go back next Summer!

Family holiday

We are just back from a week at gold city, we had an absolutely amazing holiday here! Beautiful hotel, we had a lovely family suite, only hiccup we encountered was at reception at check in, staff tried to put us in 2 seperate rooms despite my paperwork clearly stating I had a family suite booked. After refusing to split our group up, we were given a family suite. Rooms are large and very clean, the showers are excellent, very powerful, and rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. The food at the hotel is excellent, wide variety of lovely food and always something the kids can enjoy, despite what other reviews have said. The snack bars during the day are excellent also and the staff on pool bar and snack bars are excellent, we were in the minority of guests visiting from the UK, most guests were from Germany and Denmark, and majority have terrible manners and don't know the meaning of queueing!!! Just barge in front of you, a very mean and very large German man shouted at my 9 year old daughter in a queue for a drink, and the hotel staff immediately intervened and reprimanded him. A large football tournament were guests during this time and they were very rude and dominated all areas, including the warerpark area, stealing inflatables off children and not letting the kids go on the chutes . The entertainment team and bar staff work morning til night and really make efforts to entertain everyone, huge mention goes to the youngest male barman on pool bar (cannot remember his name!) But he was always so polite and makes the best cocktails!! Big shout out also to DJ Mehmet who is working at the hotel having left his wife and daughter behind due to the ongoing issues with war in Russia, he is so friendly and made us feel included in the fun each day. Our daughters had their hair beautifully braided at the hotels hairdresser, the lady is very talented and friendly! our kids cried leaving the hotel as they had such a fantastic holiday, proof of how good it is here, its just a pity its such a long transfer time from antalya airport (2.5 hoursin private transfer, 3+ hours if you are on bus transfer) but we would definitely come back!

excellent large territory, many pools, cleanliness. great photography office! We did several photo shoots, all at the highest level. varied food, and dinner was both red fish and beef and lamb and turkey and chicken. lots of roasted vegetables
