Erinomainen hotelli

Olimme hotellissa 18 yötä. Henkilökunnan palvelu suorastaan loistavaa ja vilpitöntä. Aamiaisen taso aivan huikea, varmasti löytyy kaikille jotain. Ruoka myös muissa hotellin ravintoloissa hyvää. Hotelli on todella siisti, huoneiden siivous korkealaatuista, myös pihapiiri todella siisti. Suosittelen todella lämpimästi hotellia niin pariskunnille kuin perheille.

Aivan yhtä hyvä kuin viime vuonnakin

Palasin takaisin vietettyäni täällä ihanan viikon viime vuonna, mutta tulin kaksi kuukautta aiemmin välttääkseni toukokuussa alkavan sadekauden. Minulle annettiin rannanpuoleinen huone, josta näkyi mahtavat näkymät sekä kauniit auringonlaskut. Palvelu, sijainti ja mukavuudet tekevät tästä loistavan paikan viikon viettämiseen Thaimaassa.

The resort is perfectly placed, beachfront, close to shops, restaurants etc. We went in what was described as low season so staff was less than normal, and the Mellow Bean cafe was not in operation (which would have been a good lunch alternative). The rooms were spacious and beautiful, amenities were great. I felt as though we needed to ask for housekeeping, even though we had the door hanger on the door. Other than this, we were a luxury escapes package so we felt as though we were served after those customers that were “paying” on the spot (if that makes sense). In saying all this, we loved our stay, and the resort as such was great.

it was only so wonderfull !!!

This was the best and frendlies hotel we ever were. All things were perfect, the room, the food, the service, the hotel and the very friendly staff. this was the best hollyday we ever had. we are sure we will come again.

Totally relaxing Ramada

Had a very relaxing holiday at the Ramada Khao Lak. The staff were brilliant, very accomodating & very helpful. The food was super fresh & tasty as you'd expect in Thailand. A highlight was swimming with elephants, such gentle giants. It was a very good value holiday. I will return!
