Erinomainen hotelli

Olimme hotellissa 18 yötä. Henkilökunnan palvelu suorastaan loistavaa ja vilpitöntä. Aamiaisen taso aivan huikea, varmasti löytyy kaikille jotain. Ruoka myös muissa hotellin ravintoloissa hyvää. Hotelli on todella siisti, huoneiden siivous korkealaatuista, myös pihapiiri todella siisti. Suosittelen todella lämpimästi hotellia niin pariskunnille kuin perheille.

Aivan yhtä hyvä kuin viime vuonnakin

Palasin takaisin vietettyäni täällä ihanan viikon viime vuonna, mutta tulin kaksi kuukautta aiemmin välttääkseni toukokuussa alkavan sadekauden. Minulle annettiin rannanpuoleinen huone, josta näkyi mahtavat näkymät sekä kauniit auringonlaskut. Palvelu, sijainti ja mukavuudet tekevät tästä loistavan paikan viikon viettämiseen Thaimaassa.

Service is Non-existent!

Location of the hotel is excellent but the service is terrible! The hotel was sold out for the holiday period but the staff couldn’t care that there were customers there! Going to the buffet breakfast, they greet you to get your room number and that’s it. You are on your own. No help to find a table to sit at, no offer of coffee or hot beverage. No service whatsoever. If you need anything you will have to literally walk to the bar area where the staff gather and flag them down. It was the same when we were there in the middle of the afternoon. 10 staff members visible and only 3 tables. But zero service. Can’t order, can’t get a bill without walking to them to get their attention. Same at any time we saw a staff member on the property. No smile, no greeting. No acknowledgement you exist. In fact, at the check-in they admitted that they didn’t hold a room for us. We had a confirmed reservation, paid for in full with a Ramada hotel reservation number. The booking was made through a Google travel agent link that comes up on Google maps. Totally legit reservation but because the agency happened to be based in Poland the staff at check-in assumed we wouldn’t be able to travel to Thailand and decided to not hold a room that was prepaid in full! We live in Bangkok! Not Poland. I’ve never been to Poland. Who does this? In any case, I would recommend a different hotel if you want good service! I can recommend the Holiday Inn Resort in Phuket or the Hilton in Hua Hin. Both of these places offer outstanding service and make you feel welcome and valued!

Good time between pandemic

It s a good time and first time in Koa lak.The hotel gave us many conveniences such a hotel shuttle to the Phuket airport and back to the airport by reasonable price(not over charges) ,the hotel can book the Surin trip successfully The staff of hotel were hard-working for the service The hotel very clean But the menus of dinner time not variety

Charming resort with great beach

The hotel has a very nice beach with fine sand and a huge pool. The pool villa i had was nicely desiged, well equipped with a spacious pool and lots of green around. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. A place to come back again.
