Hieno hotelli, huone oli mukava hienoin näkymin, palvelu oli hyvää. Jälkiviisaana olisin halunnut tietää, että puolihoito olisi kannattanut olla, hotelli oli niin kaukana muusta asutuksesta. Muuten pidimme karusta ympäristöstä ja hienosta pitkästä rannasta. Taksin sai helposti hotellin oven edestä.
Baari tai kahvila josta saa pikkupurtavaa /salaattia myös all inclusive-ateria-aikojen ulkopuolella.

Level stay

We just had two weeks of complete rest and leisure during these difficult times due to the corona nonsense. Regardless of the corona restrictions let me tell you that the visit to this hotel couldn’t have been any nicer. It’s the nicest endless beach to walk on for daily exercise and lovely strolls with the missus. We were probably the only English people in this hotel which wasn’t a problem, and mostly German visitors were quite friendly. The hotel staff were lovely and very efficient and made us feel really welcome throughout the holiday We stayed in room 752 and was a stunning view to wake up to each morning The level experience was amazing also, especially the premium drinks as part of the all inclusive package Thanks for a lovely holiday We will be back next year

No cumple con las expectativas

We’ve spent 2 weeks in the hotel with my 2 daughters. The overall outcome has been below what you would expect from a 4 stars Meliá hotel. At arrival we changed rooms twice due to the noise the wind was making through the window (not properly sealed). At the end we ended up giving up, as all the rooms had the same problem (and they didn’t seem keen to fix it). We later on realized our bathroom feeling suffered fluttering if the window was opened. The overall infrastructure of the hotel seems a bit too old and requires a refurbishment. The covid-19 period could have been a good opportunity to do so. Breakfast and dinner are buffet, but fairly the same every single day. Quality is not bad, but again below what I would expect from a 4 stars Meliá. On a more positive note, the location itself is pretty nice. The big swimming pool is pretty nice and they have two additional pools for kids. We had to undergo some additional inconveniences due to the COVID-19 security measures that were more than reasonable. If you plan to kitesurf the spot is beautiful and fun to ride. A bit gusty though (this is actually part of the fun part). There’s another spot down on the south part of the lagoon with more stable winds and flatter water. Overall, I leave with the dealing that the location is great, but the hotel should set a higher bar for their standards.

Too expensive, poor service

Location of the hotel is one of the good points. Beach is nearby, and you really feel lost in the desert. Rooms with a nice view on beach and pools. Comfort is average, no more (1 small pillow per person, strictly no accessories in the room), no less (rooms are clean, pools are nice). The big cloud in the horizon is the service : the vast majority of employees (though there are exceptions) are absolutely not welcoming, you feel you annoy them when you ask for something, when they have to clean your table or cash you for your meal. Sometimes you even feel like they make you wait on purpose... Given the price I expected at least a kind, welcoming, problem solving attitude from the personnel. And some services to be free, for instance the 20 eur deposit for towels and the 2 eur fee for their renewal are typically the kind of small stuff that upset you. For sure the COVID situation is not helping, and there might be some other reasons, but the outcome is a huge discrepancy between the price and the level of service. Overall I do not recommend this hotel.

Amazing Hotel - Fuerteventura

far from the city, the best place on the island, super location, directly on the beach, the best beach on Fuerteventura, the best place for kiteserfing and windserfing, really great personnel, 3 pools, super food, one of the best place I have ever been!!!

No regresaré

Nosotros llegamos al hotel después de un viaje largo desde Amsterdam, finalmente al llegar a la recepción pues si había mucha gente esperando y solo una persona en la recepción, el chico estaba haciendo su mejor esfuerzo para que todos tuviéramos la oportunidad de ser atendidos, pero en cuanto a logística debería de haber más personal para poder hacer las cosas más eficientes. En cuanto a seguridad e higiene muy bien arreglado, todos debemos de usar cubrebocas y alcohol para las manos. Otra cosa que no fue de nuestro agrado el elevador, solo había 2 para un mundo de gente que se quedaba en el hotel,muchísimas veces tuvimos que subir hasta al octavo piso por las escaleras. Muy cansado siempre pero era casi imposible esperar 20 min para que pudiéramos tomar ese elevador, siempre había gente. En el hotel hay dos piscinas, la más grande y la más bonita estaba cerrada se nos hizo una gran pena porque había más espacio que la otra piscina que estaba en el otro lado, la gente se aglomeraba y nadie usaba tapabocas, ahí no nos gustó mucho. El estacionamiento para carros un verdadero caos, no había suficiente espacio para nadie, difícil encontrar un estacionamiento cerca del hotel, dificil porque traíamos cosas de surfismo y no nos gustó el poco espacio que había en ese estacionamiento tan mal hecho. La comida del buffet algunas veces fría, no había mucha variedad, sin sabor. El personal en general muy bien, la gente muy amable, atenta, buena, simpática y servicial, sin su personal el hotel estaría en banca rota. En nuestra habitación luces estaban descompuestas, el piso roto, no fue un hotel de 4 estrellas estaba entre 2 o 3 estrellas sinceramente. No regresaremos. ------‐------------------------------------------- We arrived at the hotel after a long trip from Amsterdam, finally arriving at the reception, we saw many people waiting and only one person at the reception helping for the reservations, the receptionist was doing his best so that we all had the opportunity to be attended, but In terms of logistics, there should be more staff to be able to do things more efficiently. In terms of safety and hygiene, very well arranged, we must all wear face masks and alcohol for the hands. Another thing that we did not like the elevator, there were only 2 for a world of people who stayed in the hotel. So many times we had to climb the stairs to the eighth floor. Always very tired but it was almost impossible to wait 20 min so that we could take that elevator, there were always people. In the hotel there are two swimming pools. The largest and most beautiful was closed, it made us a great shame because there was more space than the other pool that was on the other side, people were crowded together and no one was wearing masks, we didn't like it very much there. The parking for cars a real case, there was not enough space for anyone, difficult to find a parking near the hotel, difficult because we brought Surfing things and we did not like how little space there was in that poorly done parking lot. Buffet food sometimes cold, not much variety, no flavor. The staff in general very good, the people very friendly, attentive, good, friendly and helpful. Without the staff that hotel will be completely broke. To be honest we are not coming back, that hotel was not 4 stars hotel, was 2 or 3.
