Quiet, Comfortable, and nice

Adults only hotel very well located in a quiet area in front of the sea. To be improved : - Although most of the staff is really profesional, niice and gentle some of them don't know how to smile. - The experience at the Spa: 1 therapist proposing only issues NO SOLUTIONS !! Apart from that: - Rooms are really comfortable, fully equiped and clean. - 2 pools available. - - Excellent restaurant, great menu and wonderful staff. Special thanks to Andreas and his entire team

Second Wonderful Visit This Year.

We stayed for 8 nights from 23rd Oct. We stayed here in May this year and wanted to return - we were not disappointed. Hotel was quite as the end of season is approaching but the service levels were spot-on. We stayed in a sea-view room on 4th floor. Housekeeping was excellent and the entire hotel is very clean. What makes this hotel is its position on turtle bay and the outstanding customer service. Thanks again to Andreas in the restaurant for his super-service, local advice and wine selections. Thanks to whole Sunrise Jade team for giving us another brilliant experience.

Exclusive vibe with good atmosphere

Great location, clean and well kept with friendly staff always happy to help. I had heard it offered yoga classes, and the daily classes with Jennifer did not disappoint, a high quality of instruction and good vibe. Walkable to Fig Tree Bay and you can see from the other hotels along the way that this one offers good seperacy from the walking path as well.

A perfect week away at the end of the season

We loved everything about our stay at the Sunrise Jade. The hotel was very quiet as it was the last week of the season, which was perfect for us. The rooms are spotless and a really good size and the beds were very comfortable. The food was great - lots of choice at both breakfast and dinner. Ice creams from the Patisserie next door were amazing! Great meal at the Reef Grill as part of our stay. The cocktails at the pool bar and indoor bar were delicious and the staff really couldnt do enough for you. Just around the corner from the bay the hotel is set in is the main beach at Protaras, which was really busy and loud - the hotel was perfectly peaceful so we didn't really spend any time in Protaras and just enjoyed snorkelling in the bay infront of the hotel. We hope to return to the Sunrise Jade in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Relaxing stay at beautiful location

New hotel with a great pool area. Pleasantly quiet in beautiful bay, rooms in the upper floors with amazing views. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout all areas of the hotel. We especially enjoyed the yoga class every morning in the beautiful garden overlooking the sea. Very pleased that this was offered still at the end of the season . Walking / jogging path directly from the hotels along the coast. Would have appriciated a bit more variety at the buffet and more offerings for vegetarians. The food in the Ginger Restaurant (extra charge), however, was excellent.
