Siisti, rauhallinen ja toimiva hotelli syrjäisellä paikalla Agia Napan lähistöllä. Yövyimme toistamiseen viikon aikuisille suunnatun Fiherman's Villagen puolella ja olimme taas matkaamme erittäin tyytyväisiä! Hotellilta ei paljoa tarvitse poistua jos lepolomaa kaipaa.

Tämä oli toinen visiittimme tässä hotellissa. Se oli jälleen kerran ensiluokkaista, ei suurempia ongelmia. Aiomme tehdä varauksen taas heinäkuuksi 2014. Tutustuimme tarjoilijoihin ja baarihenkilökuntaan, ja kaikki olivat erittäin ystävällisiä, kuten myös henkilökunta itse kohteen puolella.

Amazing Hotel & Staff

Absolute Wow from the moment we stepped through the door! The lovely Kyriakos took us to our beautiful garden room & showed us how everything worked. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary & they'd surprised us with champagne, balloons & even a card. These rooms have a patio and a garden with loungers/parasol. Even a little back gate to get to the pool quicker. The choice of food & restaurants is fantastic....book the themed restaurants as soon as you arrive though... incredibly popular. Easy to do via the hotels App or in the main lobby via the interactive board. If you can't get in.. don't give up, try at different times of the day. Don't eat too much on the evening you visit the Captain's Taverna! Loads of traditional Cypriot food. The Greats & Garibaldi were our favourite ones. However the most entertaining meal was breakfast especially if you're lucky enough to be served by Andrea in the adults section...what a wonderful lady & an asset to this hotel..so attentive & entertaining with all her stories. You have to visit the Lagoon pool bar & get served by the iconic bar man Steve!!! Such amazing service... best bar man EVER. Deanna in the lobby bar was fantastic...very attentive & our glass was never empty.she even got us coffee when she found us in reception late at night when our flight was delayed. The Experience Arena has the best entertainment...make sure you see Grease, Jersey Boys & Greatest Showman..these singers work so hard. This hotel has a secret service that all hotels in the world should follow... your sunbeds are reserved for you all holiday once you've chosen them... absolutely simply WOW!!! We loved this and every little detail this hotel has to offer & have told everyone about our stay. Will definitely return

Brilliant

Everything was lovely. Clean rooms. Wonderful staff. Everyone willing to help. The complex has everything you need and all your needs are catered to. The entertainment was enjoyable and the food delicious.

Five star hotel with five star service we will be back

Where do you start with such a superb hotel?! We stayed at the Olympic Lagoon from the 18th to 25th of September 2023 and all I can say is WOW! The staff were so friendly on arrival and greeted us with a complimentary drink and cold towel. We were given a free upgrade which meant we had our own private garden. We had a junior suite which was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, it was perfect for us, as we had a teenager and the room enabled him to have his own personal space. On our first night, we ate at the American Diner as we were too late for the main restaurant and Diane was fantastic ,the food was lovely. In fact, the food was fantastic in all restaurants, the only downside was the Greats restaurant the music did not match the dining set up. With rock music blasting in what was a more sophisticated surrounding. Once you arrive at this hotel, it’s important to plan ahead in regards to restaurants/evening meals and book your day/time slots well in advance, at guest services with Otto as the themed restaurants get booked up quickly. No reservation needed for the main restaurant, there’s plenty of room for everybody. The pool areas are outstanding, along with the daytime and evening entertainment. Being allocated sun beds for the duration of our stay took away any potential poolside stress. The poolside bar and snack bar were staffed by a very friendly team,in particular Fanos , Martina and Steve who recommended many of their special cocktails, this alone made everyday special. Landa beach is a very short walk (2minutes) away and is beautiful…golden sands, crystal clear waters and WATER SPORTS, which was important to us. The famous Nissi beach is a 5 minute bus journey, the bus stop is right behind the hotel, very convenient and cheap to use.€1.50 each way. There is plenty to see and do outside of the hotel too, our holiday rep provided us with information on numerous excursions, including catamaran trips and scuba diving. We had the most fantastic holiday, and would definitely recommend this hotel, they seem to have everything just right and we left feeling as though we would definitely return :) If you are considering the East Coast, our only advice would be…BOOK THIS HOTEL!
