Avoid this hotel if you want to enjoy an All inclusive holiday!
You should avoid this hotel, I dont know how they got 4 stars, the rooms are dirty, and just placed an sign with covid19 safe, the bar will close at 23:00 , waterpark is closing at 17:00, they do not provide towels for the swimpool, and the worst thing is the food, they have only 2 types of desserts, at the lunch you will eat only chicken and fish, nothing else, all people from the animation speak only polish language, not even in english. I really dont get it how this is an all inclusive when you will have maximum 3 types of food to eat.. you should avoid this hotel if you want to enjoy your holiday.
We stayed at this hotel in June for a week as a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children aged, 12,8,4. This was our first holiday abroad and I made the mistake of reading all the reviews before I went. We got off the plane, and was a quick half hour through the airport, then a 5 min drive to the hotel. We were the first stop off and arrived in the evening. We went to reception and were greeted by friendly staff who gave us our bags and showed us where our room was. We stayed in a 2 bed duplex room. On entering the room was spotlessly clean, all beds made up. We had an issue with the air con, called reception and somebody was there to fix it within 15 mins! We quickly unpacked and made our way to the restaurant, which is huge! The staff in there were super friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. There were plenty of options to eat, and over the week, not one of us went hungry. The dining hall was always clean, and food was always available and hot. The kids enjoyed the kids section, but also tried from the live cooking station, and the Greek dishes! Plenty of puddings too, which were always lovely. We went to a walk up to the main strip and to get our bearings after dinner, and ended up finding Kalamaki beach, which even though it was dark was lovely! We then headed back to the hotel to finish unpacking and have an early night. The next day we went to the bikini pool and bar and this is where we spent most days! Never had a problem getting a few sun beds together, John in the bar was always friendly and chatty, and was a good atmosphere. They also had the nicest ice creams too! Drinks were fine, they wernt branded, but there was never an issue, and again plenty of choice! We had a couple of days at the water park, and although not huge, it was more than enough to keep the kids satisfied :) and again no problems with sun beds. The entertainment wasn’t the best, but the kids joined in and enjoyed it. Was suited to the polish a bit more than the British. The fun park is good for a couple of hours too, but can be a bit expensive! Make sure to have plenty of change, but was nice to sit and watch the kids enjoying themselves. My youngest went into the kids club a couple of times, and enjoyed every second. The rest of the holiday was pretty much a repeat of what I’ve already said. The hotel is super clean and the maids work very hard to keep it that way. All of the staff are lovely and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed every second. We have booked to come again next year and for longer, as a week just wasn’t enough!
Slides in the Sun
An all inclusive resort in the Sun - buffet will struggle to satisfy the fussiest but you get what you pay for. Nothing wrong with the food or the drink and plenty of pools and areas to soak up the Sun or get out of it if that's the case. Remember to pack your manners and treat the staff as you would choose to be treated and all is fine. Spacious rooms with Maid service 6 days a week. Good location with a moderate walk to the beach and the Town stip a stumble away with shops bars and restaurants if your that choosy there is nothing to eat on site other than Lays Crisps and cheese toasties... This Resort is right next to the runway of the main Airport although the noise is not that intrusive over the sound of folk having fun. Take your own plastic glass for a decent sized beer (And to be Eco friendly). 2 weeks of bliss.
