-Todella nuhjuinen verrattaen matkanjärjestäjä kuviin. -Huoneen 346 ja 344 välissä oli vanha väliovi josta kuului pienemmätkin äänet -Siivooja jätti lukitsematta aina parvekkeen oven

Luulin varanneeni 4 tähden hotellin, mutta ainoastaan hotellin aula vastasi tähtiluokitusta. Huone ahdas, ei näköalaa, kylpyhuoneessa vanhanaikainen kapea amme, jonne piti "kiivetä" suihkuun. Ei suihkuverhoa tai seinää, eli koko kylppäri tulvi suihkun jälkeen. Aamiaisravintola oli kolkko ja meluisa, muistutti työmaaruokalaa. Altaan vesi oli varmaan 36C eli aivan liian lämmintä helteessä. Tuli mieleen että kiersikö vesi lainkaan. Hotelli oli pettymys.

Sijainti oli hyvä, siisteys hyvä, kampanjahuone ok, parveke ei niin kuuma, Vasili- niminen työntekijä ravintolassa todella ystävällinen.

Huoneen vaihdon jälkeen taso lähempänä luvattua.

Kuvauksessa junior sviitissä piti olla tyynyvaihtoehtoja, ei ollut. kuohuvaa ja kukkakimppu odottamassa kun saapuu huoneeseen. ei ollut eikä tullut matkan aikanakaan. Junior sviitti oli ns vanhassa osassa joka sattui sijaitsemaan vilkkaan kadun vieressä ja liikenteen melu alkoi aamu kuudesta häiritseväksi lisäksi yölliset hurjastelijat kuuluivat häiritsevästi huoneeseen. Huone nuhjuiseksi kulunut.

Great location and a beautiful hotel

Lovely hotel with great location lots of shops near by and the beach is literally a street away. A lovely 10/15 minute walk from the old town. Breakfast and dinner was pretty standard, all the staff were lovely but had an issue with one member of staff as we found them quite rude as my partner was eating he found a bit of plastic in his food whilst eating it and I don’t think the situation was dealt with correctly as all he did was take the plastic away. Wish the bar was open later on the night maybe with entertainment as a lot of the other hotels near by had this.

Fantastic Hotel

Fantastic, beautiful hotel with very good service. The staff were so friendly and helpful I had a great time. I was upgraded to this hotel and the suite all to myself. The pool was lovely and warm and not too busy at all. The restaurant was fantastic as well.

Great Stay

Stayed here 10-17th October, we booked a deluxe room in new block. we found the room to be clean quiet, towels changed daily and room serviced daily. We stayed Bed and Breakfast, which was buffet and style, which there was plenty of choice for everyone. Ive read the other reviews and would not be put off, my advise is book a deluxe or superior room ask for new block.

Don't go here with Tui

We came away from this hotel with suspected Legionella Pneumonia after our stay in room 353, falling ill half way through the week. It has taken us 8 weeks to recover. Tui don't want to know. No rep available. We had booked a different hotel and then changed us to this one next to a roundabout. Children's poo was floating in the kiddies' pool. Don't travel with Tui.

Minos Hotel, Rethymnon, Crete. September October stay.

We had a very nice stay. The hotel was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The public areas were nice and comfortable. We went on the bed and breakfast rate and found the restaurant to provide a nice breakfast, Mainly a continental menu, as you would expect. There was plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a (few) nightcaps in the bar every evening and found the bar to be good. Vassou, the bar tender was very efficient and good fun. The only very minor negative was for a couple of days there were large tour groups staying. It was better to time visiting breakfast either before or after the group had been through. All in all, I think the hotel was good value. In a nice spot, 2 minutes walk from the beach and about 10 minutes pleasant walking to the Old Town.
