Kaikki hyvin

yksiö huone 202 (2krs) hyvällä paikalla, Kahvinkeitin ei oikein pelannut, onneksi oli oma mukana:) Parveke oli auringonpuolella ei varjoa oli kuuma, mutta eipä hättää kun meillä oli narua mukana jonka vedimme pylväiden väliin ja siihen isot pyyhkeet kiinni, niin jaksoimme olla myös parvekkeella kahvittelemassa:) kaikki siistiä, huone OK henkilökunta OK ruoka OK ranta OK:) Lyhyt matka joka paikkaan:) jos haluaa olla altaalla auringon otossa, niin eipä löydy paikkoja kun pyyhkeillä varattuna aamusta asti, (taisi olla aika palijo Sofia-hotellin asukkailta) ei meitä kyllä haitannut koska tykkäämme olla rannalla:) Tänne voipi tulla uudestaankin:)

Kauniit puitteet, mutta kuitenkin pettymys

Hotelli on erittäin kauniisti rakennettu ja puutarha kukkii. Sijainti meren rannalla on mahtava. Kuitenkin huone oli pettymys. Vanhanaikaisesti sisustettu huone ei houkutellut. Kylpyhuoneessa suihku oli niin matalalla ettei mieheni mahtunut seisomaan suihkussa. Hotellissa ei ollut juurikaan aktiviteetteja eikä asiakkaita huomioitu muutenkaan kovinkaan hyvin. Ruohonleikkaus aloitettiin joka aamu klo 7 ja koska majoituimme bungalowissa, ruoho leikattiin suoraan ikkunamme alta. Check-in vaiheessa vastaanottovirkailija otti passini vakuudeksi majoittumisestamme ja sanoi saavani sen takaisin kun lähdemme. Kävin kuitenkin kysymässä sitä jo aiemmin ja vuorossa ollut ihmetteli miksi olin joutunut antamaan passin heille. Ei vaikuta kovinkaan luotettavalta. Hotelliravintola oli melko kallis, mutta happyhourin aikaan drinkit saatiin melko edullisesti. Palvelu oli kaiken kaikkiaan ystävällistä.

Lovely location, lovely staff

We had a short stay with a group of 8 (3 adults and 5 teenagers) - perfect location near local amenities. We recommend the Greek salad and raki for lunch! The outstanding staff made us feel very welcome.

Good value for your money!

My cousin and I got a room in the main building at the 3rd floor with a balcony facing the entrance of the hotel. Nice and clean room with A/C that made som noice but we got used to it. Really great to have the towels changed and the room cleaned every day! 30 m to the beach. Sadly, eventhough there are signs proklaiming that you cant reserve sunbeds, people are up before the sun and hog sunbeds at both the pool and beach. Breakfast was average but ok. You can rent beachtowels for 4 euro and 2 for the next 👍Great surroundings with flowers, plants an green areas. 3 min walk to nearest supermarket. Bars and restaurants right outside the hotel, but not to any uncinvenience regarding noise. Nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay, BUT is it really nessecary to start cleaning rooms at 7 in the morning. We had to use earplugs not to be disturbed by this. I reccomend Sonio (20m)and Therino(5m) at the beach for lunch instead of the hotel restaurant.

Meh.

The hotel is about 30-40 minutes drive from Chania Airport. In the village of Platanias, it is quite central with a convenience store 50 meters from the hotel. There is a pool + small pool for babies. However, there are far too few sunbeds. People put their towels on chairs 05 in the morning and do not pop up until after lunch. The hotel says it is not allowed but does not have any consequences for those who do so. They do not change the sheets in the room but make the bed 6 out of 7 days and dry floors and shower with chlorine. So if you are sensitive to chemicals, this is not an optimal hotel. The hotel has 4 * * * * but in conjunction with other 4 * * * * it lays on the bottom towards 3 stars. Good price for the room but next time on the trip we book a little better hotel.
