Best holiday in Spain so far.

Firstly I have to say the staff are amazing! Diego was wonderful greeting us with a smile every time we met and serviced all that we needed. He booked cars, taxis and gave valuable information regarding what to see. Ernesto working in the restaurant makes a mean Aperol Spritz, fantastic service from a friendly guy. Always welcoming and up for a chat. Housekeeping done a wonderful job in our rooms each day. Turned over and folded our cloths. At the beach club there was a lovely lady I didn’t catch her name who made 4 cocktails 3 sweet and one sour with tropical fruits. They where absolutely amazing cocktails and you should be proud of your work! The young lady with glasses working at the sushi bar was also a stand out person who’s name I didn’t catch. Life guard was a bit of a fun stopper 😇😝😜 Better weather in the south so recommend booking here. We will be back!

Nice apartments

Buildings was beautifull. Amazing apartment. Pure luxury. Great private pool. Instafriendly. And all the peace you want...Nice little supermarked. Glad I came by car to the middle of nowhere. But cold soulless place. Not very nice view of a big cement fabric. The public pool was very cold.

Wonderful holiday

I can only agree with all the other positive reviews - I can really recommend this hotel! - Very high class in the apartments, breakfast and cleaning (we had our own pool) - Access to the Beach Club and its pool area was a pleasant experience - Close to the center of Arguineguin - Shop on site is very well stocked The staff is very friendly and professional. Special mention to Diego in the reception desk who always provided a very high level of service.

This resort is amazing 👏 The service I received from the staff was excellent. Valeria at the reception desk helped me and my family above and beyond her duties. Before leaving my phone battery nearly died and my charger did not work so she searched for charger and adapter for me and finally found one and I was able to charge the phone just before leaving. She also helped and guided me to different tourist locations and sorted the taxi's out every time. Will definitely come here next time.

Lovely well located hotel, nice and relaxed

Lovely hotel, lovely rooms, beach club, pool, gym all great, staff super friendly. Fabulous breakfasts, and food was good in the restaurants, the hotels is in a good location to walk out to local restaurants along the board walk which was needed as the beach club closes at 7 which leaves just a high end steak restaurant for dinner. Shop on site is very well stocked.
