Our holiday.

First of all, resort was a fantastic standard, absolutely loved orange blocks of apartments & dark blue swimming pool for adults & kids beyond a certain age & without fear of a much larger & deeper swimming arena. Sunbeds were very comfortable even for hair & head without towel or sundress around that upper part of them. Everyone also has luxury of beach & sea view as well as beautiful brown mountainous, stone & slope views as well as all blocks of apartments mega view & swimming pool. Beach & sea is only a 10 minutes walk from resort & as a family we all had several walks to & back with hamburgers, beef burgers & chips galore with ice cream in all, delicious!! Temperatures are perfection at this time of year if June, July & August are too hot 🔥 with suncream melting & for anyone unaware it is between 40-50 degrees across June, July & August. It is also absolutely stunning & beautiful however personally for all of us three it is just too hot & suncream is melting. In March it is 25-30 degrees, same with November but it can be a tad cloudy in November as well. Beds were super comfy, we all as a family slept really well & rested plenty overnight, inside of our apartment was gorgeous with long, thin hallway. Puerto Rico is only 10 miles away so is between 10 to 13 euros back & forth! Please can Management write back to me as soon as possible, much appreciated!! Thank you Arguinegain Park, we now have yet another holiday to highly remember & have in our memories!! SJ

Lovely bright apartments

Stayed for a week in March, have been in the area before but not in Arguinigan. The hotel is in a quiet area of the town & not far from the harbour & beach but nothing much around it. Check in was quick, our room 144 had a partial sea view & pool view, it was bright & airy & spotlessly clean with a large glass fronted balcony, it was cleaned most days & had a dishwasher. There are plenty of sun beds but they are really uncomfortable, they are better on the roof terrace which is adult only though. Pool was absolutely freezing, not heated despite being early March! The pool attendant was such a lovely, pleasant man, making sure everyone was happy & keeping the area clean & tidy, there is a small bar which serves food which is really nice & fresh, it is open on an early evening but didn’t see anyone in it, there is no other entertainment or bar nearby. At the front of the hotel is a Spar supermarket which has a seating area & sells fresh sandwiches, however the service is terrible, no organisation, the staff are so slow & really quite rude! Overall the complex is very nice & perfect for a quiet holiday, Porto Rica is about €9 in a taxi if wanting a more lively evening, some nice seafront restaurants & a couple of bars but most close early.

Lovey accommodation

Beautifully clean and spacious apartments. All had quite large balconies. Plenty of sunbeds available and pool towels provided, which can be changed once a day. Beware smokers - smoking is not allowed anywhere on the site! Apartments were cleaned and linen changed often (the cleaners had 2 days off - Sunday and Tuesday). Spar supermarket and cafe onsite. 3 pools - one childrens and larger mixed with an adult only pool at the top of the complex. Only gripe was that they closed at 5.30pm, despite the sun not setting until 7pm! We were actually told to depart from the sunbeds at 5.15pm!

Loved every minute

Travelled with my husband and daughter, so we had the 2 bed apartment. Very modern, good size and lovely balcony with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers. The whole complex is kept immaculate. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The family pool area is a good size with plenty of loungers on different terraces so it never felt crammed. The infinity adult only pool /area had very comfy loungers and an amazing view down the valley. There is no entertainment or kids club, but thats what we prefer. The food at the pool bar was good, but it does close early, 8 o clock. The Spar shop at the entrance is well stocked and reasonably priced (it even serves beer). I would say get there early for your fresh bread in a morning. The walk into town takes about 10 minutes downhill, go right at the football pitch, under the tunnel (it didn't smell of urine like someone said). There are no English/Irish bars, so if that's what you want I recommend going to Puerto Rico (full on night life). Can't wait to go back.

Brilliant accommodation

Fantastic modern apartments. Spotlessly clean with everything you need for your stay. Spar shop attached to the apartments is a great addition. I would highly recommend and would definitely return. Not much around the apartments. However, it's only a few euros in a taxi into the centre.
