Lokakuussa viikko hotellissa häämatkalla. Oli erinomainen ja palvelun taso korkea. -Suosittelen hotellia myös sesongin ulkopuolelle. -Sijainti kävelymatkan päässä vanhan kaupungista. Ranta lähellä ja omat rantapyyhkeet. - Hienot näköalat huoneesta. Suosittelen ottamaan huoneen mahdollisimman korkealta. Tilavia huoneita, mutta naulakoita voisi olla enemmän urheileville ihmisille. Huoneet siivotaan kaksi kertaa päivässä ja lakanat aina vaihdetaan. Huoneessa saippuat, pyyhkeet, aamutakit, rasvat, partahöylät ja hammasharjat jne. melkein kaikki mita tarvitset. Kännykän voi peilata televisioon ja katsoa vaikka leffoja Netflixstä. - Hieman huoneesta huomaa Etelä-eurooppalaisen rakennuslaadun, mutta se ei haittaa. -Hyvät ravintolat ihan vieressä. - Palvelutaso on korkea. Skumpat saat käteen, kun kirjaudutaan sisään ja tavarat kannetaan huoneeseen. Kaikki hoituu respan kautta. Esim autonvuokraus, kuntosalivaraus ja Spa. Salille saat oman juomapullon. -Henkilökunta erittäin mukavia, ammattitaitoisia ja ystävällisiä. - Ala carte aamupala on hieno ja monopuolinen. Hotelli myös noutaa ja parkkeeraa auton puolestasi. Tarvittaessa voi pyytää oman autonkuljettajan, jos ajokulttuuri pelottaa. -Pieni Sali ja Spa ovat hyvät ja toimivat. Suomalainen sauna. Kiuas on hiukan ylimitoitettu Harvian kuias kahden hengen saunaan. Laittavat aina päälle, kun pyydetään. Suomalainen saunakulttuuri on hieman vierasta heille, mutta kuuntelivat mielellään, kun heille kertoi oikeasta tavasta saunoa. -Melkein kaikkeen saat apua, jos vain pyydät - Hotellin oma ravintola on korkeatasoinen. Suosittelen pariskunnille esim. häämatkalle, mutta ei välttämättä ole isoille perheille. Lapsille ei ole virikkeitä tai ei oikein mitään.

A Great Hotel in Chania!

This hotel was an unexpected, pleasant surprise! I chose it because I'm a remote worker and needed great internet. The hotel rooms were large and well-appointed. But the staff made the experience really great. I am in hotels 20 days a month and this hotel, hands down has the best service. The location is also great. A five-minute walk from the old town lighthouse in Nea Chora but quiet and one block from the beach. My new fave!

Lovely small hotel close to both town and beach. Service is exceptional and all of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and house-keeping did a great job, including leaving us chocolates every night! Highly recommend.

An Excellent Boutique Hotel with Fantastic Staff

We have just returned home after two and a half weeks at Chania Flair in Crete. This boutique hotel is very stylish and has a lovely roof terrace where we had breakfast for the first part of our stay. The management very generously offered us a complimentary dinner on the roof terrace and we thoroughly enjoyed the fine dining experience. Our room was large and had everything we needed – including very high-tech controls for lights, curtains etc. The staff at the hotel were, without exception, friendly, kind and helpful. When our family joined us there were six of us to attend the New Year’s Eve celebrations at the hotel which were excellent. We would love to return!

Fantastic Staff and a Great Location

From the moment you enter this hotel the staff will make you feel so welcomed. From the welcome beverage to addressing the various needs of a traveler the staff deliver incredible service with a smile! Mia and her colleagues exemplify what hospitality should be. The driver, George, is knowledgeable about the island, courteous, and such a responsbile driver. Breakfast is incredible! The view for dinner outstanding as is the food. A short walk from the hotel and you are in the old city amidst all of the excitement of Chania. I have traveled the world and I can say without hyperbole, this staff ranks at the top .
