Ihan kiva, ihan hyvä

Iso hotelli, talot mukavasti alueella. Huoneissa perussiistiä, ei mitään loistokkuutta. Huoneissa huono äänieristys, onneksi yöllä oli hiljaista. All inclusive ruokailut olivat todella runsaat, valinnanvaraa riitti. Toki viikon aikana alkoi tuntua, että osa ruoista alkoi olla samat. Baarissa paljon valinnanvaraa juomissa, kannattaa kysyä rohkeasti, myös tuontialkoholia löytyy. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Hotellin ranta oli pettymys. Hyvät tuolit ja kaunis näköala merelle. Mutta uimaan meno oli vaikeaa, rannassa on niin paljon eri kokoisia kiviä, että uimaan kävellään hiekkasäkkejä pitkin pahimman kivikon yli. Ei sovi pikkulapsiperheille, jos lapset haluaisivat leikkiä rantavedessä. Hotellista näppärä bussikuljetus Kardamenaan.

Kolme tähteä totuus

Joka odottaa 5 tähden luxuslomaa pettyy tähän hotelliin. Totuus on 3 tähteä ruokineen. Haluan antaa tämän arvion koska matkatoimistot arvioivat tämän De Luxe tai 4+, joka ei mielestäni ole oikeudenmukainen arvio. Vietimme kesällä 2014 yht. 2 viikkoa hotellissa. 2 aikuista 3 lasta, 2 huonetta. Olemme matkustaneet suht paljon, joten vertailupohjaa on. Mutta miinukset ja plussat (niitäkin on) joihin perustan arvioni: - hotelli on tehty halvalla, joka näkyy kaikessa...uutta mutta halpaa siis - paikka on Itänaapuristamme tulevien suosiossa joka sitten näkyykin ja kuuluu - merinäköalahuoneita ei juuri ole, meidän oli naapurihotelliin päin josta kuuluu melua n. 23 saakka -- huoneissa ei ole kylpytakkeja ym - ruoka on perustasoa, ei mairittelevaa satunnaisia poikkeuksia kuitenkin on - juomat on halvinta mahdollista - huoneiden patjat ovat epämukavat, upottavia - uima-altaan ja rannan välissä kulkee autotie, joka ei näy kuvissa - ranta on todella kapea ja pieni sora,kiviranta - uima-altaassa on käytetty laattaa joka liusuu jalan alla, meinasin liukastua ja lyödä pääni - ilta-ohjelmaa ei ole, viereisen sisarhotellissa onkin sitten menoa riittämiin - paikka ei ole Kardamenan kylän vieressä, joten taksilla tai vuokra-autolla liikuimme, pyörämatkan päässä kylläkin (n. 5 km) - auton vuokraus hotellin kautta kalliimpi kuin Kardamenan keskustassa (2 viikoksi) +henkilökunta on mukavaa ja avuliasta +rannassa kulkevalla tiellä voi lenkkeillä Kardamenaan asti +lapset tykkäsivät enemmän kuin me aikuiset (jotka olemme ehkä krantumpia) +jäätelöä sai koko päivän (3 makua) +välimeri on aina välimeri +ruoassa oli satunnaisia välähdyksiä laadusta kuten rantabaarin lounas grillipuffee +löysimme matkan loppuvaiheessa muualla olevat upeat hiekkarannat, joissa oli mukava poiketa +Kosilla on mukava tunnelma, Kosin kaupunki kiva

A great holiday

We stayed for 12 nights , the hotel we found amazing. We stayed in the two bed sharing pool, the food was amazing all staff so friendly and helpful and animation team all are so hard working , the guests always friendly and smiling , it was a relaxing chilled holiday . And have no complaints I would definitely stay again x have a lovely break everyone we was there right up to the day it was closing for there break . Big shout out to all staff you do a great job and hope to see everyone next year X

Great Hotel!!

We arrived late in the evening but the check in was quick and we out cases were taken by the George to our rooms, and he also advised that the restaurant had an all-night buffet and the main bar was open, so we managed to get food and a drink. The main restaurant staff were nice and attentive as were the hard-working evening staff at the main bar. The pool bar staff were great, especially Vaso. The pool food for lunch was good. The breakfast buffet had variety to suit different tastes and the evening buffet likewise. The speciality restaurants were an Asion, Greek and Seafood. We only went to the Asian and Greek. They were fine and I liked all the Greek and some the majority of the Asian. I am not a fish-hand but some in the party were. The pool was cold but when you have temperatures of 27 degrees it does cool you down. My room was good and clean and mini bar regularly replenished. They did have branded drinks with Bailey's and Cointreau and some whiskies.

Perfect family getaway

Just arrived home after a 7 night stay at the Akti Palace. Really don’t understand the negative comments as our family had a fantastic time and made some great friends. Arrived late and checked in professionally by the desk team, then directed to the late restaurant where George made my boys some fresh yummy pancakes, even tho it was after midnight. We had a maisonette sea view room which was cleaned daily with our mini bar replenished by a lovely young lad. The room was spacious, modern with 2 tv’s. Food was fab, lots of choices in the main restaurant and served by a friendly attentive team. We also went to the Asian which was nice and also the fish which was amazing! Then we have the poolside bar which served a lovely lunch,(if you didn’t fancy eating at the main one indoors) headed by Savas and the team, the choices there were perfect for lunch either if you fancied a nice Greek salad with freshly cooked meats or a slice of pizza and chips etc. the poolside bar/restaurant seemed to be the hub of the hotel with the guys there working so hard and making sure we was all looked after and catered for. The evening entertainment was excellent which we looked forward to every evening and added to all of our holiday fun! A big thank you to all the Akti Palace staff for making my family feeling so welcomed and making so many great holiday memories xx
