Best spot in Kuta

Bali Gardens is a hidden gem. The best location in Kuta and the friendliest staff. Right on the beach, the views are perfect. The resort is small enough that the staff know you. The pools and surrounds have sun if you want it but also plenty of shade from trees during the heat of the day. Morning coffees at kopi and Kue are great and the food at the Boardwalk restaurant is unbeatable. You don't need to leave the resort if you don't want to

Beautiful gardens

Beautiful gardens beautiful staff, Our room was a little dated but had everything we needed and was very clean the bathroom had been renovated recently. Breakfast was ok the egg station offered fresh eggs cooked to order and pancakes a small buffet with fruit yogurt bread and 4 different hot food items that changed daily 2 juices and coffee and tea. Poolside the service was fantastic Ayu and Lisa we’re working very hard every day with big smiles and the best service. ( thank you girls) They helped make our holiday special. At the time of our stay the resort was undergoing some repairs at the front and it did not cause any disturbance to our holiday. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Thank you to all the team who contributed to our holiday.

Great choice for families

Situated in heart of Kuta, the Bali Garden beach resort has a lot going for it. Its family rooms are perfect for 2 or 3 kids along with Adults. They have 3 swimming pools and my family enjoyed them a lot during our stay. They have lots of cafes and Indian restaurants in the vicinity and the Discovery Mall housing KFC, Burger King, Starbucks is just next door. Most importantly they amended my stay dates without any extra charges when I had made a mistake of booking for Feb 2023 instead of March, if you happen to read this I once again wish to Thank you Ms. Dayu, Ms. Dewi. Thanks a lot for your generosity and hospitality.

Not recommended hotel

Hotel under construction/ there is no proper view from rooms/ restaurant facilities are not clear to understand. The rooms don't have a proper plug point to use the mobile / tab charge. Good thing is the pools and garden. One swimming pool have fentastic view towards sea. Other than that very average hotel and not recommended. Indian restaurant not available. Please delete the old photos from the websites.

Beautiful hotel and gardens

We were fortunate enough to spend our holiday at Bali Garden and we were not disappointed, we had a family room which was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed the only thing was the bunks were a bit wobbly and I forgot to mention to staff on checkout and with everything I'm sure it would have been sorted. The gardens, the breakfast (soli is the egg and pancake queen), the pools were all so clean and immaculate and the staff were just so friendly and absolutely made our kids feel that extra special. The restaurants adjoining the hotel boardwalk, warang damar and the Mexican had the most amazing food and Tari spa was the perfect place to unwind for the day, best massages! Overall it was beyond our expectations and even with renovations going on out the front of hotel and lobby it was perfect. We can't wait to see once all renovations are completed. Thanks for making our stay such a memorable one first overseas trip for our kids and they didn't want to leave.
