Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten uns ganz bewusst für das Hotel am Rande der Bucht in Port de Soller entschieden, um etwas vom Trubel des Ortes und des Strandes mit Bahn entfernt zu sein. Diese Entscheidung war goldrichtig. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten, modernen Zustand, das ganze Team absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Doppelzimmer Superior mit Meerblick befand sich in der obersten Etage. So hatten wir kaum Geräusche und einen wunderschönen Blick auf einen Teil der Bucht und die Serra de Tramuntana bis Soller. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und perfekt konzipiert. Das Frühstück wurde auf der Terrasse oder innen gereicht und war spitze und reichlich. Hier wurde jeder fündig und satt. Ein Plätzchen gab es fast immer, ggf. musste man in den Loungemöbeln einen Moment warten. Der Poolbereich lag am Hang hinter dem Hotel und erstreckte sich über mehrere Ebenen. Auch hier ein wunderschöner Blick auf die Bucht, bequeme Liegen und nie das Gefühl von Enge. Eine kleine Bar bot Getränke und Speisen an, wobei hier der Service noch etwas verbessert werden kann, (es dauerte manchmal etwas lange) Auch beim Frühstück musste man hin und wieder anstehen, da das Team jeden Gast zum Platz begleitete. Das war einerseits sehr angenehm, führte aber eben zu kleinen unnötigen Verzögerungen. (Meckern auf hohem Niveau!) Insgesamt war es eine wunderschöne Zeit, in einem wirklich tollen Hotel und bei sehr engagierten Menschen. Wir sagen herzlich Dankeschön!

Brilliant experience

Fantastic experience at Pure Salt-fab location at quiet end of the Port, sea view room with terrace was magic, breakfasts were absolutely first class, staff were the best ever - friendly and efficient-especially Gabrielle and Estafania at breakfast, lunch in restaurant was just right.

Excellent hotel beautiful location and great service from all the staff

We stayed for a week as part of a cycling trip. Beautiful location on the bay front with fabulous views from the bar and restaurant. Quiet end of the bay. Good location for cycling straight into the mountains or along the awesome coast road. The hotel was excellent, all the staff were friendly and helpful all week. Laura made us feel especially well looked after. The breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal. We ate in 3 evenings and sampled the excellent restaurants in the port and old town on 3 nights. We plan to come back next year.

Amaxing stay!

Just returned from the most amazing stay at Pure Salt. We went for my partner’s birthday - all of the staff were so friendly and really made his birthday special. We really appreciate everything they did for us! The views of the port are amazing, lovely sunny balcony which we enjoyed drinking morning coffee on to start the day (there are Nespresso machines in the rooms and the coffee pods are topped up daily!) The hotel is a great location. It is the quieter side of the port which we liked with a short walk to the tram stop about 5 Min walk. The bus stop is about 15-20 min walk. We found the port to have amazing restaurants ranging from more modern such as Blai, Neni, Noname and plenty of traditional tapas, seafood restaurants and we loved the bakeries for lighter lunches. We loved having breakfast on the terrace each morning with the gorgeous view and an amazing selection of fresh food. It was a real treat to start the day there each day and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Probably the best experience of customer service / staff I have had at a hotel. We also used the spa facilities. Both the sauna and Turkish bath are great and my partner loved his massage too. The pool area feels so special in the mountains but is accessible by steps which was fine for us but this could be difficult for someone with mobility issues. We really loved this hotel and would recommend anyone thinking of booking to do it!

Enjoyable Stay at Pure Salt Hotel

Spent one week at Pure Salt Hotel, Port Soller on half board basis. Standard room was clean, very comfortable and more than adequate for a couple. Small patio area for sitting out looked onto rockside which we did not use because so much to explore in the area. From the moment we arrived staff were exceedingly pleasant and helpful. The view from the dining room is beautiful. Breakfast is relaxing with plenty of choice of cold buffet and hot food made to order. The waiters/waitresses at breakfast were all cheerful, courteous and proficient. At dinner again we had two waitresses and a waiter who mostly served us and they were all excellent. I apologise because I only remember the name of one (Laura) who was always helpful with speaking English to us and explaining the menu. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal every night - food was delicious. So much better than buffet meals that most hotels seem to opt for now. Our thanks to all staff - reception, cleaners and waiters/waitresses for making our stay so enjoyable.
