Loistava hotelli parhaalla sijainnilla

Tämä oli parhaita hotellikokemuksiani . ValleMarissa kaikki oli kohdallaan . Sijainti , yleisilme, huone, palvelu , aamiainen, siisteys, näköala ja kattouima-allasalue . Rakennus, yhteiset tilat, huone ja ravintola ovat erinomaisessa kunnossa . Huone on tilava, riittävästi kalustettu ja varusteltu, erinomainen sänky, riittävät säilytystilat ja tilava kylpyhuone jacuzzi-kylpyammeella . Huoneen siivous hyvää tasoa ja siistijät iloisia ja ilmeisen tehokkaita . Aamiaiselta ei todellakaan puutu mitään : lämpimät aamiaisruuat, kylmät leikkeleet, leivät, hedelmät, jugurtit, murot, mehut ym ym tyydyttävät varmaan jokaisen tarpeet . Ravintola on tilava ja näköala mahtava . Siellä tarjotaan aamiaisen lisäksi päivittäin viikko-ohjelman mukaan vaihtuva buffet-illallinen, jota tosin en kokeillut . Lämmitetty merivesiallas katolla . Uima-altaan yhteydessä lounasravintola tarjoaa välipaloja , juomia ja ihan hyvää lounasruokaa ja mahdollisti halukkaille vaikka koko päivän viettämisen altaalla. Respa toimi tehokkaan kohteliaasti . Wifi toimi huoneissa . Valittamisen aiheita en kahden viikon hotelliloman aikana löytänyt . Suosittelen lämpimästi tätä hotellia . .

A disappointing food experience.

We have stayed at the Valle Mar many times & were pleased with our stay & now always go to the live music when Natalia Cordero is there as do lots of people however our experience of the food we received was very disappointing & certainly not to the standard expected of a 4 star hotel.We had pizza that was dried up & unappetising & very mediocre chips.Sadly we can't recommend the food in the Bangosol Cafe.

Very well looked after and good value

Very well maintained and quite good value. Really big and was never packed when I was there. There is snack foods and drink available. Umbrellas are an extra charge Safe and clean place to swim. Sea water pools and not warm.

OK but needs a refurb

The good: the rooms are spacious, the dining room has lovely views, the bar and waiting staff are very professional and friendly, there are a few English tv channels in the room and a fridge, the rooftop bar and swimming pool offer a wow factor, plenty of sunbeds. The bad: the rooms need refurbishing, all brown wood panelling that's getting scuffed and it's a bit depressing, beds a bit hard, no kettle in room. No plug sockets near the dressing table - you have to unplug the tv to use hair straighteners. The reception staff are quite rude in that they stop attending to you to answer the phone and then carry on chatting for ages ignoring you, they don't wish you goodbye or anything, the food is varied and plentiful but it's always cold, cold chips, cold bacon, cold fried egg, cold baked beans, cold stews, cold grilled meats. Horrible. The cafe outside, Bangosol, is great. Live music every night, good service. The attached photos show view from rooftop pool area.

Holiday with friends to celebrate a wedding

We visited the hotel for our friends wedding and also to have a couple's holiday just us. Room was great for us and well cleaned and fresh towels everyday the housekeeper was brilliant and trustworthy nothing went missing at all she was so friendly as well. Down side our friends also came on same holiday with a young baby and another friend on their own. Their room was bigger and common sense would of been helpful for our friends with the young baby to have that room instead. Our single friends room was really big. The pool area was fab however not great for young babies as no child area but great for older children. The pool has great views. Down side there are a lot of rules at the pool and the pool guy takes these very seriously almost too much. Whilst I appreciate rules to keep us safe it wasn't always needed. A couple who came regular we were told were VIPs were consistently a problem our friends are VIPs they go all the time but it just felt there was also something this particular couple were complaining about. Food and drinks. Staff and food were fantastic all very helpful and delicious couldn't fault it. All in all a superb hotel we would visit again with maybe just minor tweaks to give it a 5/5
