Vietin pitkän viikonlopuna Teneriffalla ja majoituin tänne... Vastaanottohenkilökunta oli loistavaa ja todella kohteliaita ja ottivat tarpeeni hyvin huomioon. Huoneet olivat perustasoa, mutta siistejä ja mukavia. Uima-altaalla oli auringonottotuoleja ja varjoja. Eikä täällä yöpyminen maksanut juurikaan mitään! Mitä muuta voisi viikonloppulomalta toivoa?

A hidden gem

We visited here for 10 nights with our daughter and had 2 rooms. My husband has had knee surgery so we emailed the hotel beforehand to request a lower floor room if possible, having read there are steps. The hotel is located behind the main road opposite the hotel Gran Tinerfe so an excellent location 2 minutes from the prom. Our daughter’s room was at the top of a flight of steps but she found them ok. She was offered a key to a back gate to avoid the steps but she didn’t bother. Our room was right on the poolside next to reception, which was ideal for my husband. There was a well stocked gym on site which meant he could continue to do his knee physio. Both our rooms were large and immaculate with great facilities and comfy beds. There was a tv in the lounge and bedroom showing bbc1 bbc2 itv channel 4 and channel 5. All the staff were friendly and helpful and our rooms were cleaned every day. There’s a small pool bar on site serving excellent food and drinks and very reasonably priced. There’s an Indian restaurant called Mirchi, just up from the hotel, where we had the best Indian food and a little English run Cosy cafe opposite, which serve the best breakfasts. Thank you to all the staff here at Parque de las Americas. We can’t wait to return.

Weeks holiday

Second time her and can't fault it staff friendly and helpfull booked again for december had poolside room and also the pool bar is up to date with stock and food is good well done to all only one snag is your transport from airport has to let you off across road as its a one way road but just only a minute or 2 from hotel

Parque de las americas (tenerife) Could be a great place

Honest opinion, arrived 24th Dec was allocated a room right next to the pool and reception entrance. Thought oh this is so handy, apartment was nice but noticed it was a bit grubby, behind the bathroom door , shower area etc but thought to myself easily wiped down . My room had a window where the maids would of started at 7am every morning ,so the noise of the trolleys banging plus could hear the restaurant till around 12am every night. On the 1st night I started noticing small insects crawling between the bedroom to the bathroom which where infact baby cockroaches , to then seeing 2 bigger ones . Every night I felt like the cockroach watcher. The hotel left insect spray so I was just spraying that all the time but didn't help. Was actually packing any cracks I found with tissue but I think they were coming from the skirting board in the Bd room . Xmas night there was a big storm so the apartment was covered in water aswell . Maids did come later next day to clean it up but I already did so . This hotel would just be the perfect place if they got the bug situation under control cause I heard from other guests they had the same problem .Iv actually came back home exhausted with tiredness due to lack of sleep between watching for cockroches and the noise out the back of my apartment .The pool area was nice but very quiet no music and the water was freezing but we didnt mind .I'd really love to visit this place again as the staff where so friendly and location was great ... sadly these things I mentioned would put me off now .

Hidden gem

These apartments are some if the best we have stayed in. Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and well equipped. We stayed bed and breakfast. Breakfast great and staff in brasserie great. One slight downside the pool bar not owned by apartments and the owner walks around asking people to not eat and drink own items by pool. Which is bizarre in self catering. Food I get in covid. But drinks??. Jet2 really need to add to accommodation info. But this place is great and worth another visit.
