Upea paikka, hotelli kaipaa kaikin puolin päivitystä

Tämä seitsmäs kerta täällä. Olen golffaaja;kenttä käsittämättömän hieno. Mutta hotellilla paljon uudistettava monessa mielessä. Huoneet kaipaavat päivitysä. Heidän ylläpitämä ns. tecina club ei toimi. Sieltä joutuu jatkuvasti peräämään itselleen kuuluvia etuja. Työntekijät eivät joko välitä tehdä töitään kunnolla tai eivät ymmärrä englantia.

Beautiful place to stay

Great hotel - accommodation and food were really good. Lots of activities to do if you want to leave the pool. Our room was lovely with a sea view and views over the beautiful gardens. Plenty of choice at mealtimes and plenty of variety during the course of our weeks stay. Would particularly recommend the Club Laurel area for enjoying the sun. Nice walks along the front and to the town. Did a couple of activities would especially recommend the landscape painting. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Only observation I would make in a hotel of such quality never had to pay for a safe before

Amazing hotel with incredible view

Briliant and peaceful place. Testy food, few calm swiming pools lovely stuff. Perfect place for active and calm people. Clean rooms with beatiful view. Convinient place as well for couples and families with children.

Superb views with beautiful gardens

Beautifully located hotel on the cliffs near Playa de Santiago with a farm that provides the food for the hotel which is a brilliant concept. The gardens are superb and a it’s a nature lovers dream location. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. In particular we enjoyed the Beach club and it’s pool, the location of the hotel is superb and the view from our superior room. The hotel is a well organised and an efficient facility with plenty of amenities including a number of restaurants, a spa and a gym. The hotel uses an app called James and Rita to book the amenities, we had great difficulty getting it to work. This was very frustrating and I think it should be improved to make it more user friendly. I would certainly have used it more had it worked. Our superior room was well located for a great view but it was very tired and in need of refurbishment.

Gave us very good experience

The service was great, really appreciate it. The restaurant’s ambiance was adorable.Overall experience was very nice, the food was good, the breakfast buffet had a lot of varieties, fresh and delicious.
