Toinen kerta Atlantiksessa

Emme ole koskaan käyneet samassa hotellissa kahdesti - Atlantiksen osalta ensimmäistä kertaa poikkeus. Imperial clubin huone mukavan tilava 4h perheelle. Aamiaiset ja välipalat kätevästi clubin rauhassa. Vesipuisto erittäin hyvä, kävimme 3 kertaa viikon aikana (tosin tänä vuonna parina päivänä liikaa ruuhkaa) ja muuten altaalla. Ravintoloita on monta ja taso on hyvä-erinomainen (emme käyneet buffassa kertaakaan). Helppo ja laadukas lapsiperheelle. Hieman hintava, mutta rahalle sai taas vastinetta.

Atlantis revisited and still a Gem.

A totally seamless stay from arrival to departure (terrace room suite - chosen accommodation). The concierge and transportation team, were spot on point and executed their delivery without fault. The imperial club lounge team were exceptional, with the check in process simple and very customer orientated. Using the Atlantis app, certainly simplified the booking of restaurants, and even if these locations were fully booked on the online booking system, the Atlantis Team still managed to get you a reservation. Restaurants aside, Hakkasan (Diyora was an amazing host) was the favourite, trumping Nobu (Steffan thanks for looking after us)in my humble opinion, but another stand out location was the Ayamna Lebanese restaurant- what a most fantastic of venues - thanks to Tarik and the rest of the guest welcome team. Alas I digress, the stand out team was the imperial club lounge team, at all levels they were passionate about their delivery to the guests. Standout and I apologise to others as it was an obvious team effort, however Rohini was without doubt the most professional ans passionate individual I’ve seen; each day the smile and service given was exceptional- she always went that little bit further to make you feel special. Room was spotless each day, so credit to the whole team effort from room, to pool teams who despite no doubt challenges at times, they all delivered to make Atlantis a worthwhile visit. I’ve been here before, shortly after Atlantis opened, and the service continues to be consistent with my first visit, spot on and always brings a smile to your face. Thanks to all, Charles at the Imperial Lounge and your dedicated team.

Great Service … Amazing Hotel

Shimul – Pool & Beach Our stay at the beautiful Atlantis The Palm Dubai was made even more special by the extraordinary service provided by Shimul at the pool.  We were treated to a variety of complimentary sunscreens and Shimul recommended certain brands based on our preferences and skin type.  Throughout the day Shimul came by with complimentary popsicles and always ensured we were having a good time.  His cheery disposition and always present smile brightened our day.  Our visit to the pool was made much more enjoyable by Shimul.   Praladh Lama – Guest Room Valet We stayed in a City View 1 bedroom overlooking the pool and beach on the 7th floor.  Our guest room valet was Praladh Lama and he is the best.  He has phenomenal attention to detail and serviced our needs without being told.  He ensured we were always hydrated by leaving sufficient water bottles and the Nespresso machine was fully stocked.  Praladh Lama neatly arranged our toiletries, vanity station and organized our charging cables.  Towels replaced, bed made and slippers put out during turndown service made the room was ready for us to hop into bed for a restful night sleep.  The service provided by Praladh Lama was top notch and one that we will remember for a long time.

Amazing holiday

We had the best time. It’s like another world. We stayed on the imperial floor with access to the imperial lounge for breakfast and happy hour and couldn’t recommend it enough. Our guest room valet Shohag looked after us so we’ll, we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to look after us on our holidays. Thank you Shohag

Another wonderful stay

Another wonderful stay at our favourite hotel in the world! The rooms are great and spotless. Mahabub & Sumesh cleaned our room daily to a wonderful standard and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. All staff that we encountered during our stay were gentle & kind & friendly and nothing was too much effort for them. Food and portion size on the half board, is great. We thoroughly enjoyed! En Fuego was our favourite included restaurant. The theming & experience are really fun for all ages. Bread Street Kitchen we also like, there is a supplement for this restaurant but we think it’s very much worth it. We are always sad to leave as this hotel as it feels like home to us. We will definitely return - thank you!
