Kaikki paikan päällä: altaat, vesipuisto ja akvaario. Täydellinen paikka lapsiperheille. Club-palvelut onnistuneet.

Sisäänkirjautuessa olisi voinut jakaa enemmän tietoa, esim. ravintoloista, jotka sisältyvät puolihoitoon ja lisämaksujen suuruudesta eri ravintoloissa. Myös hotellin bussikuljetuksista ostoskeskuksiin sai tietoa vasta erikseen kysyessä.

Toinen kerta Atlantiksessa

Emme ole koskaan käyneet samassa hotellissa kahdesti - Atlantiksen osalta ensimmäistä kertaa poikkeus. Imperial clubin huone mukavan tilava 4h perheelle. Aamiaiset ja välipalat kätevästi clubin rauhassa. Vesipuisto erittäin hyvä, kävimme 3 kertaa viikon aikana (tosin tänä vuonna parina päivänä liikaa ruuhkaa) ja muuten altaalla. Ravintoloita on monta ja taso on hyvä-erinomainen (emme käyneet buffassa kertaakaan). Helppo ja laadukas lapsiperheelle. Hieman hintava, mutta rahalle sai taas vastinetta.

Service worse than EasyJet luggage check in

It is difficult to image a hotel service worse than what hundreds of guests find everyday at Atlantis. Despite the facilities being nice, which is how they drag you in, hotel staff will treat you with about the same care as luggage at an airport. To them you are nothing but a number in a machine, be it hotel staff, restaurants, bars - you are simply a number that they have to process. For a 5 star hotel, it probably has the worst service I’ve ever seen. To give a few examples, I’ve stayed at this hotel for 5 weeks, booking 4 different rooms for friends and family. That didn’t stop them from periodically calling me in the middle of the night to immediately pay a $500 room charge otherwise they would literally not let me get a bottle of water. So I did walk down there, settle it. They apologised and did the same thing again. One manager named Walaa even went further, not even apologising for the way the system works but deciding to enforce. After spending $150k-$200k at this hotel over 5 weeks, I can tell you it’s very far from a 5 star hotel. Go to Jumeirah, at least you won’t be treated this way there. Hotel rating likely needs to be updated to 4 stars down from 5. PS. To the hotel staff sometimes when guests complain, it is actually because they think service isn’t good and want it better, not because they’re trying to get a $100 voucher out from you, you can keep that if it helps you service clients better.

Perfect

We had amazing time. Udantha was a very Nice persoon he Made our days at the beach perfect! The Food everywhere was so good. All Nice people in the hotel. The rooms and everywhere is very clean and child friendly.

Unreal! Amazing place, fantastic staff, faultless food - the perfect holiday

If you''re thinking about going to the atlantis - stop thinking and go! It was the most amazing holiday. The staff deserve a massive mention, every single one of them were incredibly respectful, friendly snd helpful. I have never been to a place where everyone was great. The hotel itself is amazing, It's complete luxury with the amazing aquarium to boot. If you're a resident at the hotel you can get access to the waterpark (next door though you don't ever hear it) whenever you want and get early entry to beat the queues. We went half board which I would 100% recommend. We got the choice of buffet or some themed restauarnts. The food here is not like any other buffet food you would have, it's great quality, plenty of choice and the chefs are more than helpful if you need anything changed/ameneded. The themed restaurants (not all are inlcuded but most are) are michelin standard. If you like alcohol you will have to pay extra for this but all soft drinks are included at meal times. Weather wise, we went beginning of May and contrary to popular believe it was great weather. it was hot, but not overwhelmingly so and the evenings were warm too. Loads of shade, sea, pools etc if you need to cool down. Also the aircon sets the inside temparature perfectly. Finally, if you want to do an event you must do the dolphin experience! It was magical, the trainers care so much about their dolphins. Though the dolphins are in captivity, they're care is second to none and the atlantis animal welfare is gold standard. Overall, the hotel was amazing so if you want to go in May, it's well worth the money (but to save some cash try to go out of school holidays).

A day at The Atlantis

My daughter's childhood dream, to go to The Atlantis, so whilst staying in Dubai we booked through reservations to spend the day, hiring a Cabana. Then it went wrong, on arrival we discovered due to Admin error and poor communication, our day had been cancelled. My now 32 year old's dream was shattered. We spoke to a wonderful man called RATHOD who quickly took over our dilemma, he contacted his manager. Mr LAWRENCE and SANOJ made our day happen. They were all an excellent credit to your Hotel. The problem was discussed and explained, they listened tentatively, agreed and sympathised with our dilemma. They were SO kind, offering us alternative choices to make our stay the best it could be. From then on we relaxed, the stress went and we had a lovely day. we were looked after excellently, thanks to all 3 of you. Our day consisted of - my daughter booked the yoga experience in the aquarium, whilst I had a Starbucks, we then spent the day being thoroughly spoilt by the pool, lunch at Gordon's and we finished off with a visit to the aquarium. We left this til late afternoon, not wanting to miss the whole day by the pool, crikes I think everyone had the same idea, it was so busy. You can spend as long as you want in here, depending on how thorough you want the experience to be. You can walk through in half an hour as people have previously said, but we took our time, had a lovely meander, took in all the fish etc and spent 1 1/2 hours there. Big queues at taxi rank when leaving.
