This hotel did not meet our expectations and did not live up to the Hampton standard.

The room was extremely cold and maintenance was called twice to try and fix it. The problem was never resolved. The bathroom design was not very functional: no place for towels; shower was never hot; counter space was inadequate. The people at reception were not very helpful at times.

A warm stay at the Hampton by Hilton

The Beds are warm. The piped music is on another level ! The staff is great !. Level of hospitality is really really really good. Have alot of answers and answers to questions asked. Food is fresh and lovely

Hampton Al Seef

Good service, nice ambiance and good value for service. It’s close to a nice heritage area and it’s also close from the airport. There’s a desk in the lobby to suggest tours and where to go in UAE with clear prices and different types of promotions.

Good stay

This is mu 4th stay in the same hotel love the location of it its in al seef beautiful place to walk belt as an old historical design dine next to old souq and gold souq lots of shops to experience old dubai

Very accomodating staff and clean hotel

Its very rare for me to give a review but i just wanna share to some travellers that this hotel deserves a good score. From the staff especially i think the name is ahmed or amir in the reception is very accommodating. The location is also a big wow especially at night. All of the views on this hotel is amazing.. ill keep on coming back. Thank u guys.
